Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. My concerns about my glasses were not addressed, and when I tried to get the issue resolved, the female employee acted as though she was doing us a favor by helping. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked about her attitude, she told me that I had an attitude problem. She then refused to assist us and walked away without directing us to anyone else. Thankfully, the male employee, Kendrick, was helpful and assisted us. However, overall, I would not recommend going here.

2 pair of glasses, promised to be delivered by Tuesday,
Have to go to office on Archer Rd Gainesville FL.on Friday to find out only 1 pair of glasses were made. Second I was told that will be up to 7 more days. Never received a call and when I go to same office 10 days later. I WAS TOLD that I didn't have an account attached to my phone number. Rep look up my account by entering my name and date of birth, and my phone number was there. I asked to hand over the glasses since I all ready paid for them and was late for an appointment. I was told that he couldn't give me the glasses unless I seat in front of a cámara for someone who wasn't there to authorized.
You can keep the glasses, my time is worth more than 120 dollars.
You lost a family of 7 plus friends as customers for miserable pair of glases.

Ordered (2) pair of glasses with(2)…
Ordered (2) pair of glasses with(2) different frames. First pair came in and the prescription was wrong, the Mngr. advised it was his fault for not double checking the prescription after the eye exam and ordered the wrong prescription. Second pair came in and was also the wrong prescription. Mngr. reordered two new pair after doing the second step in checking prescription and correcting the right eye. First (1) of the new pair came in and the Mngr called for a pick up, however I live 40 minutes away and had already made three trips to the store, once for the exam and two different times for two incorrect prescription glasses. I told him to call when the second pair came in which he said would be another week. I check your phone system for the second pair arrival on July 6th and the system said they arrived on July 4th. When I called the store to confirm they were both there, I spoke with a different Mngr. and she advised the second pair was not there and they were still at the factory. After this ongoing mess, I had her cancel my order and refund my account. She voided my order and emailed me a verification of the cancellation. First time trying Stanton Optical and I will not use your company again. Never experienced such a difficult time trying to get glasses from years of wearing them. So disappointed!

They helped me be able to see again.
I live about an hour away from my closest Stanton Optical but it is so worth the drive. The staff are very helpful. I went a year ago and had ordered some glasses and lenses and the frames came in but not the lenses. Due to unforseen circumstances ( my husband and I work opposite shifts and we only have one car, so getting back to that office was very hard so I never got the chance to come back. We'll, my husband gave them a call while I was at work the other day and they not only reordered my glasses, they also set my doctors examination up and did everything for a fraction of the price. I just picked them up yesterday (same frames just upgraded lenses with anti-glare) and it was a night and day difference. I only had temporary lenses in prior, glare from headlights was a constant struggle, now they are not and it can drive at night safely. Its funny, actually, Stanton is my late dads first name and is why I chose Stanton Optical to begin with. They have helped me so much. I thought i wouldnt be able to afford glasses but they really did come thru and even though I am the one at fault for not picking up the lenses, they still reordered them for me and really helped me alot. Thank you, Stanton Optical and staff of the one located in Gainesville Fl, right off Archer. 100 stars!

They made my lenses wrong. They want to fix one at a time so I have to drive 20 miles each way twice to get both pair of glasses assuming they do it right this time.
So you don’t take responsibility for your mistakes. How am I supposed to live with that?
