My experience was great. They were so nice and welcoming. They also move a little fast so I wasnt waiting long.

Some thing is not right with the new lenses.

Everyone was so helpful and sweet as could be. They were prompt on welcoming you as soon you walked in the door.

I was treated very professionally from the time i walked in until i picked my glasses up. The staff was courteous, friendly,and very helpful. My eye exam was thorough and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I expressed several times I didn't like the brand of contacts he had me put on after my contact exam about them not feeling like my other ones I had in my eyes. when I asked about it at the front desk there I was informed that it was switched when I get they in fact did now suck things

Paid 240 for two pairs and one of my lens is defective, it’s a prescription so it’s completely unusable will change review if resolved

Overall everyone was very friendly and getting me in to see the eye doctor was very quick. The problem came when I waited an hour to get my glasses and then they were not right, somehow the doctor did not put down the right prescription and then I had to wait another hour to have it fixed.

Sales person was very friendly and very professional. She helped pick out my glasses.

Got an email saying my glasses were in because day of order, system was down and order was mailed out. When I got to the store (2 weeks after order), the glasses were not found. But they had the right frames and lenses and after about a 30 minute wait, they made up the order.
The next day I get a text saying my glasses are now in and ready for pick up. I called back and the girl said since they made the error, they were mailing the original order pair to my home. So they did make it right.

Everything. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. It was an emergency situation. I walked in after 6p and glasses where ready when they opened! I will never go back to Lenscrafters, although they are in network and Stanton isn't! I'd rather pay out of pocket and have outstanding service.
I work in Customer Experience for the largest music retailer, and I was impressed by the level of service I received.

My first experience at Stanton Optical was exceptional. Employees got to me in quickly and helped with my situation. Tommy Green helped me and he was professional, helpful, and showed genuine care while the store was busy. I would high recommend and will be returning.
