I don't want to offer a review of Stanton, because it would not be a satisfactory review. Let's just say I hope other customers have a better experience and outcome with their purchases of eye wear.

Eye exam sucks

Was a really great experience, very Kind customer service

I think the store design is terrible and the selection of frames was mediocre. So much so that I chose to have my new prescription put into my old frames, rather than any they were selling. The staff was friendly, competent and professional, but everything in the store was gray and plastic. It seemed like the goal of the store design was 1) prevent stealing, and 2) easy to vacuum. They achieved these goals.

The exam was great. I was told my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks and someone would call/text when they were ready. Over 3 weeks went by and I had to call and find out they were ready. Not to happy with the length of time and customer service. At least the glasses turned out nice.

Unfortunately my new transitional glasses don’t turn dark in my car as promised. $600 for nothing…..

Great fast friendly service

The inital visit was perfect but the pickup of my contacts was disappointing. I had to tell the salesperson that I paid for two boxes and he gave me one and I was again, hello here is the receipt. I paid for two...ok. we all make mistakes but he offered me cleaning solution sample with my purchase and did not give it to me on first visit. When asked to the same person, he said oh we don't do that anymore. DISAPPOINTED!

The staff is very professional and attentive, and I never wait very long to see someone.
This store has hundreds of frames to choose from which is also a plus.

I made my appointment the same day and was seen 10 mins before my appointment time which was great. The facility was very clean and organized and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We had a Hybrid eye appointment(which was so cool). I picked 2 glasses and the vision tests all for $79 dollars and even got a pair the same day within 30 minutes. I have been to other vision establishments however I have never been to a facility that explained everything so detailed and how I can understand my eye health. I recommend this company and location giving 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ would DEFINITELY return for all of my eye care needs
