There is a pen sized white dot in one pair. And the other pair only work if I am holding the book within 6-7 inches of my face. The other pair don't start working until it's about 3-4 feet away. If I could have given it half a star I would have.

My glasses frames broke within 2 weeks of having them. The experience is really weird/awkward in there also.

They took their time with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They were very kind and patient.

The staffed worked to get me the best deal without insurance. They were super helpful.

Staffs and doctor are very friendly, answers questions and concerns you may have. Great deals and cost. This will be my go to place.

Everyone was so nice and professional and explained everything very clearly.

First I got there on a Wednesday and after 30 minutes waiting was told to come back Thursday because something was broke , did my eye exam Thursday and they said oh your eyes aren’t that bad but this should be an easy one . You advertise BOGO and glasses in a day and for some reason I couldn’t get a second pair free when I picked out a BOGO pair and also it took 3 weeks for me to get the pair finally . So no I won’t be back for more . I did not have insurance I paid with a debit card and there was no reason to not give me the BOGO , you offer it and it should have been given . You guys offer all this free stuff or in a day and then you don’t come thru in either so basically it’s just a ploy to get people to come there.

I did not like how the technician interacted with my child like she had no patience.

The atmosphere is amazing and the people are top tier!! They got us in on the same day, literally within a hour. 🤭🤣 They were personable, polite and extremely helpful. They even showed my youngest son how the glass frames were cut. He’s never wanted to go to the eye doctor before. Now, he can’t wait to go back! Definitely, a 10/10 and highly recommend!🤗

Came into your company had my glasses fitted they put the wrong prescription in my glasses that was in January went out of the country were gone for a month came back and they were able to honor the prescription that was wrong recheck my eyes and remake my glasses right there on the spot and I think that is what got me it was a great experience I appreciate it thank you

Was disappointed that the technician didn’t explain how the two pairs of glasses for one price works (after I asked). When I picked up my glasses, Brandon explained the process which is less than “buy one get one.”

Great customer service from Brandon and staff. The ease of my exam, picking out my frames and picking up both of my reading glasses the next day was superb. Amber was awesome, and thorough. The overall experience was ok. When I walked into the store,the workers spoke to us about 5 minutes later, after walking around looking at the glasses.
After they seen we were potential customers actually trying to buy something there faces looked more alive and helpful. But the experience was ok. Not great ,but just ok
