Got a message a day before my glasses were ready to be picked up. I was told to sit at a station and someone would be right with me. 30 minutes later a gentleman asks if I’ve been helped I said I’m here to pick up. He looks for my glasses in the yellow boxes and they were not in there. He goes to the back and comes back 20 minutes later staying they sent the wrong style and that I could take them or send them back. I have already waited and needed them ASAP so I asked or a refund and Eyemart took care of me within an hour. Waste of my time here. Another lady was there and got a message her eye drops were ready and staff told her they would be ready by Monday. Seems like a very disorganized establishment.

Had nothing to do with staff has to do with the company. Not many frames to choose from when it comes to the 2 pair for 79 dollars. Then everything is ala carte now when before you could choose what you wanted. Staff was great and amazing.

Bueno por lo normal se que la primera vez, exoerimente una tardanza de espera,un poco larga, pero si me dieron mi atencion necesaria en la Stanton Optica.pero despues del exsame se me dio la oportunidad de tomar mi tiempo de escoger mis lentes..... M Gracias. :)

04/25/26. Exoerimente una buena atencion al recojer mis lentes y fue muy rapida y fui muy bien a tendida x un joven.
Les doy las gracias. Atentamente por su tiempo aquienes me atendieron y sibre todo. Al oculista especialista q me tomo el ultimo exsamen de mis ojis y me dio mi receta para mis lentes.
Quede muy contenta con mis lentes estan hecho muy bien y el color q escoji.

I can't read with the progressive part of the lenses. They were made wrong.

Me hicieron venir y apelar que marque 4 veces antes y salieron con que se equivocaron de ciudad y no llegaron y la otra vez la empleada se equivoco también no es posible por lo que paga uno tanto error de gente no capacitada. Mínimo deberían de hacer otros lentes con descuento por tanto error en un mes o mas

Great experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out. The young lady the assisted me was patient with me and put me at ease right away. Since I couldn’t read the questions hence my visit there…she took time and read them to me and I answered verbally. She continued to assist me pick my frames and provided me with advice which I appreciated very much. She even provided me with at least 1 of my glasses to take home. The other pair would be ready in 5 to 10 days. Very happy experience. Just a quick note the young men there were discussing there previous night activity while providing my pre-exam..I don’t think they thought I spoke English so I just listened..lol I myself have 3 sons so I thought it was funny but concern if I was getting the proper attention to my exam…

First of all. They waste all my time in telling me, I could have my lenses replaced to other frames, I brought in. They charge me total price and weeks to receive news and They declined to have lenses replaced. Waste of time. 2ndly..my other frames with transitions had no transitions, after being told they were ready for pick up..had to waste more time. Few more weeks to get the right lenses..more valuable time wasted.. currently no transitions eye wear. No discount, half price off to show any inconvenience they may have caused me..just take my money and waste my time..now that Is what they call "customer service "

They quickly fixed problem and went out of their way

From the very beginning your staff helped me get an appointment to get my eyes checked and eventually a nice pair of glasses with proper prescription... The waiting time was a little too long but in the end we'll wort it and definitely your prices are outstanding. In this economy you sure helped me a lot. I'm ready to used my prescription once more and get me another pair of glasses for the sun!!!

Llege a stanton óptica a recojer mis lentes con previo aviso de mi parte. Los lentes no están ok no se mira no de lejos no de cercas. Tengo muchos años huzando lentes de transicion. Así que no es nada nuevo para mi. La empleada dijo que estaba mal la transición Así qie tendré que volver. Vivo bastante lejos la gasolina está carísima y por error no se de quien nuevamente esperar y volver

They had me waiting for a while so i don’t understand what the point of having an appointment is if you’re just gonna sit there waiting before you’re finally called back. Also i feel like for the glasses i got i paid too much; i probably should’ve just got the eye exam and ordered my glasses for way less online. It took a little over a week to get them which also makes me think i might as well have ordered online.

The experience was not the best, we made an apt with someone over the phone who was rude and then went to check in with someone who was rude to my 13 yr old daughter. Then took 3 hours to get through the apt which made it pointless to have an apt. We did finally get the prescription so thats the only plus.

My glasses I waited over 3 weeks for when I got confirmation they were ready ! I even gave them an extra 3 days after that to pick them up and they were not ready when I arrived, waited an hour for them to adjust and after that they put the wrong lenses of prescription in the wrong sides of glass frames ? ...and tint color was also incorrect the manager jasmine is great! Really tried to help me prior before pick up another rep assisted me that day ! ..but it was a waste of time and stressful cause I need my glasses asap !

They got my prescription wrong and after that got my glasses order wrong twice and didn't have a pair that I actually asked for
