Very helpful and detailed the staff members are the sweetest didn’t get there names service was fast as well I’m rocking my glasses the same day looooveee it.

I never received a call to let me know my order was ready and they didn't have a large selection to pick from but other than that everything was ok.

Tengo desde febrerro k fui a mi examen y ase tres dias al fin estubieron mis lentes pero fui ayer y fui hoy porque no miro bien con los lentes y son plasticos muy corientes k se empañan y menos miro y hoy me dijieron k nesesito pagar mas dinero para k me los areglen y poder mirar bien parese broma pero es cierto me arepiento tanto en aver idoa esta optica les dije k tengo ya casy dos meses batallando y perdiendo mi tiempo k como cren k les voy a pagar mas dinero k me regresaran lo k yo page fueron 400 dolares y me dijieron k no regresan dinero ai les deje sus plasticos y me puede perder mi dinero pero no les voy a pagar mas dinero son muy poco profesionales no tienen etica ni verguensa para mi esto es un robo y cada k voy siempre hay clientes reclamando osea k no soy yo nadamas tengan cuidado

Horrible. Waste of time. Flippant, unhelpful staff. I waited 3 weeks for my glasses, half my order wasn’t ready then I was made to feel bad about my prescription saying that my “lenses were too thick” as the reason they needed even more time to finish the order and why they couldn’t adjust my glasses properly. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years. I’ve had every frame known to man and have never heard of frames that can’t be adjusted because of lens thickness…that’s like the entire purpose of the frame!

You need management on property. Lack of professionalism and products without,visible prices . All products without visible pricing, conveniently the highest products in the store. My prescription was for basic prescription. No progressive or bifocal. Still got my prescription wrong. No one offered too fit my glasses.

Ase mas de un mes tuve mi cita para mis lentes y asta el dia de hoy no me an entregado mis lentes el personal solo dise que no saben lo que paso y sigo sin lentes

First off the Dr is virtual which if I knew that I would’ve never came in. Second to take the eye test twice. And last but not least the glasses don’t sit right on my face they didn’t have a good selection Either to choose from. Also one more thing the important thing the time frame for them to come back wasn’t accurate and I had to wait another week and a half and the eyes still seem to me like my bison is still burry at times.

Was told my glasses were ready but they were not had to wait another 5 days 🤨🤬

Very good and great service, i always get my prescriptions at staton optical, 5 pair so far, I love the consistency and their work.

I got a new prescription on Thursday. We called Stanton on Friday to see about getting it filled and got an appointment on Saturday. We got there, found two pair of frames I liked, and they were able to do one pair while we waited. No pressure to do any extras, although there were extras available.

Tamara was a good lady. Glasses are good. Nice process. Would recommend again.

I went to pick up my frames, I inspected them before I left the store,the left lens had a big chip on them,I never left the store, I brought the defect to the attention of the sales woman,she charge me 40$ to fix something I didn't break, who ever installed the lenses caused the damage... I'm on a budget, I barely had enough for the initial purchase, this did it for me, I'm take my business elsewhere ,I shouldn't been charged ,how could they not see the damage before they told me to pick up
