Chester, the brand manager, was wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, prompt!! And his sales manager (Leslie?) was just as helpful to other customers.
The glasses were ready in a flash and I can see clearly for miles, even with my odd astigmatism!!
The whole process was great, from frame selection, lens & package options to convenient tele-exam (though I probably prefer in person exam).
I'd give a 99% rating!

The employees are so nice and very helpful. Love their attitude. Willing to help. But having to send back mistakes made in new glasses for the second time. Wasn’t the employees at the stores fault.
