Los lentes me molesto el izquierdo el mismo dia de la prueba y el sr. De customwr service me dijo que eso pasaba los use al día siguiente y también me molesto el ojo izquierdo, pedí que los cambiaran y me dijero. Que si, pero a los 5 dias me dijeron que fuera por ellos y ohhh sorpresa era la misma marca, solo he usado uno porque sigue molestándome el oso izquierdo, no hay garantía de adaptación, solo es vender si. Ver la satisfacción del cliente, deje de usarlos porque el solo hecho que me fastidien y me molesta. Perdí el dinero, pero es una óptica a que no volveré jamás. Sigan sus ventas sin tener solución a los problemas presentados.

Misleading advertising! The exam is “free” only if you take a pair of glasses with the orange sticker (basically the ugliest ones) anyways! A waste of time. Conclusion: nothing in this life is free! - but aside from all that, the staff were very friendly and professional so my only star is for them ⭐️

Decepción total, me atendieron tarde,a pesar que llegue puntual a mi cita,la medición fue muy mala,además me dejaron en la consulta por casi media hora tuve que llamar al servicio al cliente para que me sacaran de ahí .

My glasses had the wrong prescription. Customer service is not good at all. I have to go a 3rd time because they had a virtual optometrist did my eye exam. Will be going to another place to do my next year exam

Great customer service & attention to detail.

Been back three times because the prescription was not correct. It seems to take longer each time they have to fix the problem. I feel like I’m being punished for complaining by taking so long vs trying to put a rush on my glasses which I desperately need.

Great experience. The doctor doing the eye exam is doing it distantly (they're gonna be on the screen), so there was a wifi issue at first. BUT that was fixed quickly. Good price for 2 glasses and friendly staff. And I can see again! Yay

This experience has been terrible. The customer service is horrible. Never got called when my glasses arrived. Have gone twice to check on the status of my glasses only to find out they have been there since February 25th. My daughter glasses still aren’t at the store and it’s been over 2weeks. The lady at the front in extremely slow to attend you or give you any information in regards to your glasses. No communication at all and on top of it gets annoyed when I ask valid questions like “when can I expect my glasses to come in?” “If you got your shipment today and my daughter’s glasses are not there when do you get the next shipment of glasses?”.
I came yesterday and was told that they would receive them today. I go today and now she says she doesn’t know.

Edited to add that Raymond at the Cutler Bay location was very helpful and attentive. He provided excellent customer service and listened to my concerns, provided his expertise and was willing to help resolve my issue with the incorrect prescription.

The doctor sped through my vision test and got my prescription wrong. I’ve had to go back twice to get my glasses remade and it’s still not right. I will not be returning to Stanton in the future.

Of the two pairs of glasses, one came early and just in time for my weekend trip. I came in on the last hour and was taken care of with eye exams and prescription done before the hour was up. Of course I was the only one there.

Keren and Enrique were very helpful. The rest of the staff was great as well. It was very easy to book my appt and my wait time was low. Everything in store was clean and tidy. I love my new glasses. Stanton felt like a mom and pop shoppe offering service not seen every where.
