Jaquayle did a great job fitting me and listening to my issues with the glasses. He verified the prescription was correct and suggested I try them for a short time and return if my eye did not adjust. My eyes adjusted to the new prescription in less than a day.

Awesome staff

I ordered two pairs of glasses and a lens cleaner. I received a notification the day after I ordered my glasses that my first pair was ready. I arrived at the store to be told that they were not ready. But they would have them ready within 15 minutes. I was excited to get my glasses. A couple days later I received a second notification stating that part of my order had arrived. It was the lens cleaner. I drove to the location again and was told that they lost my lens cleaner, But the store manager assured me that they would have it ready when my second pair of glasses came in. Two days later I received the notification that my glasses were ready. I arrived at the location and they had my glasses but they again could not locate my lens cleaner. Jaquel (I believe that was his name) told me that it is often that lens cleaners are pulled from orders to appease other customers who are already in the store, most likely mine was given to another customer. But he had a shipment on the way and that he would happily mail one directly to me due to how far the drive is to the store. Approximately 25-30 minute drive. I called on May 4th and he said he had put one in the mail for me on the 2nd. I have yet to receive my lens cleaner although the system says that it has been picked up but I never received it. I'm very disappointed. My order number is 142426234.

1)they are on the list of companies my eye insurance covers and they denied it and would only accept a full payment 2) after receiving notification my glasses were ready, they could not be found despite having been notified the day prior to going to the store to pick them up and they were not ready for 2 more days 3) the person at the store stated they would track them down and call to let us know, no call ever occurred 4) the second pair of sunglasses have yet to be received, reportedly they were lost (?)

At this location, they really care ! There is a great selection of glasses and the manager is knowledgeable and the techs make sure you get the right frames that look good on you!

I have visited the Cornelius location only a few times. Nevertheless, I was greeted immediately upon opening the door and they remembered my name. Very impressive. Staff is very friendly and customer oriented. My order was fulfilled quickly.

False advertising, bill was twice as much the amount posted on office outdoor banner. Will not recommend this office, felt taken advantage for services provided, all it was the exam an a pair of glasses.

Great store overall got same day glasses!!

The staff is so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I had a bad experience before with progressive lenses, and Quail assured me that my experience at Stanton would not be the same, and he was absolutely right. I was referred by a previous customer, and I, in turn, referred another customer. Excellent customer service goes a long way! I will be back!

The team always gets my order right, no mistakes and meets the delivery date. I’ve used them 4 times now. It’s my go-to for glasses and lenses. They are also price competitive.

Very quick service and the staff is wonderful!

The staff at this optical are an amazing team! I say team because I was assisted by at least 3 different associates from my eye exam, to selecting the right frames and lenses, and checking out. They all worked together to care for me during my visit. Even the manager was on the floor, smiling and supporting her team! I received great care and my most favorite pair of glasses to date after many years of wearing glasses.

The team at Stanton Optical is incredibly sweet, understanding, and helpful. Precious, Jaquayle, and Taylor were all so friendly and made the experience really comfortable. They were patient and never seemed frustrated while I was figuring out my glasses and contacts, which I truly appreciated.
I’ve had issues with other eye care companies in the past, but this location is by far the best. I would absolutely recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free experience.

After my exam and finding the right frame, Jaquayle showed me how I could get a Great Value by using a second frame special for less money than the orginal glasses. After sale servce for adjustment was handled, again by Jaquayle, with great care.

I was honestly unaware that my eye exam was going to be virtual. There were some issues with connections or something and I didn’t even have a doctor. The eye technician completed my exam. I don’t know if I could trust the accuracy of my prescription. Highly disappointed.

It took three times to get my order correct

I ended up paying more for your mistake.. but, that's ok.. i learned.. my wife my sister-in-law and my glasses all wrong. I won't bad mouth you to nobody but, I will never come back .. thanks for the lessons
