I picked up replacement frames for my glasses. My order was easily found and the associate who assisted me was professional and nice.

Didn’t send email when glasses where done had to call twice sent the email after & had to search a little minute for my name/glasses asking if I received a email but I called

Nice and quick service. Glasses were sent quicker than expected. With two cases and microfiber cleaning cloths. Prescription was given with all relevant information.

Great customer service and it's nice to be able to have some new glasses after my previous ones failed to help me see as good. Staff was great and therefore my experience was great.

At first the experience went well. I did believe that my prescription was not correct the first time I was there, but was told to give it 4-5 days for my eyes to adjust. I ended up having to go to the Harbison location to see the on site doctor because the store manager stated I needed my eyes dilated. Dr Waldrop did a very thorough exam and told me I didn’t need glasses and that I have an accommodation insufficiency. I have 20/20 vision and no astigmatism like I was told I had at the first exam. I did not need my eyes dialed for this. After everything was said and done, I do not believe my first exam was good as it was a zoom call with a doctor that remotely did 3 slides on my eyes and looked over the machine results. This doctor during the zoom exam even explained that I didn’t need to wear my glasses all the time and that I had 20/20 vision. I just was farsighted and had an astigmatism? This didn’t make sense to me at first because the prescription gave to me was very low to begin with and contradicted me having to wear them all the time for my eyes to adjust. I believe if the initial exam was more thorough, I would not have wasted money on glasses I didn’t need, take off work for another appointment, and didn’t have to experience the headaches I had wearing glasses during the adjustment period. While I understand it’s a free exam with a glasses purchase, I would have rather paid for an exam explaining my eye disorder than going through all of this. I truly feel like this business is more of a retail glasses shop rather than actually addressing eye issues. If you just need glasses and have prior prescriptions, you are probably fine. But if you failed a DMV vision test for the first time and need to figure out what’s going on, just go to an actual optometrist.

No long waiting. Great customer service. Staff was pleasant. I got what I needed same day. This newest location is small & clean.

I scheduled an appointment for the most part because my eye was red, swollen and somehow I scratched the cornea. I told the guy I need to have an eye exam for that reason and to get new glasses. I did not realize it was a virtual visit and would not be prescribed eye drops. I still got my glasses but had to go and get another eye exam for the original problem to get Rx. I could have done all of that at the visit I had with an in house doctor to get eye drops. So I was not impressed because my needs were partially met and they did not explain this to me prior to arrival. Glasses I chose are nice.

First appointment, unlikely to make a return visit. I scheduled my appointment online, which was easy. I got there and didn't have a long wait before I was called back. Staff was friendly. Then we got set up in another room for a virtual visit with the doc, and thats where things went downhill. I could barely hear the doctor, they didn’t talk to me, just completed the exam, so I couldn't ask about some recent vision concerns. As an added bonus, I was tested for my far sight correction and the tech was informed I didn't need a nearsighted test. I've been wearing prescription readers for 20+ years, but again, couldn't say anything. Just going for an eye check, they seem okay. Basic issues, they may be able to meet the bar. Have prescription glasses for 20+ years, well you may miraculously have perfect vision, but still get a headache and have swimming letters and words when you don't wear the glasses that are unnecessary.

I feel I should have been informed that those types of transition lenses do not work inside a vehicle. I specifically mentioned that I needed them for driving. I spent a significant amount of money on these glasses, and they are unfortunately useless for my needs.

Canceled my appointment as I was driving there. 15 minutes before. I tried to give this place another chance and this is the second time Ive tried to get an exam through them, they’ve cancelled, and I always just end up going somewhere else.
