Alora! She was so great! I had a bad experience at another spot in town, and came with a lot of apprehension. Alora was so compassionate and professional with her suggestions - and I ended up with glasses that work for me. Thank you! My family and I will come back to Stanton Optical from now on!

The glasses I got were expensive. The perscription was correct but my eyes didnt adapt to having the line on bifocal the glasses. They were accounting and I received my new pair. I dont think these turned out correctly. I dont lile going back in and complaining so I just wont go back. Honest opinion.

Got my glasses made on the same day

My glasses came in two days early everyone was friendly I won’t get glasses anywhere else but stanton

This is about the Chico, CA location. In April 2023 I went into location and had an exam and purchased two frames that were the same exact style. In June the side came apart. I took them in to be repaired. I paid a $12.79 (about that price) which I was told was a warranty. Two months later I never received a call as to if they were repaired. I went in with my second pair that came apart that morning the same way as the other ones. This is now five months after I purchased them. My repaired glasses were there, not sure why I never received a call or text that I was told I would get. This is where I get frustrated. The first employee that I come across who informs me that she’s only been there for a little over a month starts talking negatively about the man that had assisted me before. I’m informed he no longer works there but she has never met him. Very unprofessional. I thought he was very pleasant. She then asks another employee how to help me with my broken glasses. I’m informed that I could pay another $12.79 (again about that price) warranty payment. My concern is that these frames only lasted me 3 months and five months. I do know these are only readers but was I happy to have gotten some frames that I thought would be a better quality than the dollar store. I question the fact that I would be charged this $12.79 (??) every time I brought them in. That is not a warranty but a repair? I was given other options which involved me paying more. I voiced the fact that I could purchase a lot of dollar store frames for this prices that would last longer than these did. I was not rude but just voicing out loud the facts that would concern me in the future. I also said that due to the fact that they dealt with eyeglasses that they should last longer than cheap glasses I’ve had for a few years. Again I was in no way being rude. I decided to not go forward with paying this so called warranty and picked up my glasses. This is where I felt the second employee was extremely unprofessional. As I was almost to the door she said extremely loud “ you have to do what works best for you”. This was said very rudely and loud. I feel this was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to do business here as to the products are faulty and they obviously do not back their products.
