Stanton optical or Stanton automotive?
I just went in for reading glasses and saw their 2 for 80 deal. I felt like I was at a car dealership instead of a optical store. The up selling, the time wasting, offering financing ,cheaper alternatives and same day service. Once I said I will pay for the exam and get my glasses elsewhere, then all of a sudden the 2 for 80 deal was offered to me, but of course my frames and lenses were out of stock and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I go to pick up my glasses and they are way too strong because they added the recommended .75 addition to each eye. I told them it was too much and feels too intense. I was told to give them a couple weeks and I would get used to it. I already got a different pair of reading glasses elsewhere, minus the .75 addition, and they are absolutely perfect. Feels like my vision is corrected and not looking into a telescope. Never coming back here again

It should be broadly advertised that you do not actually met with a doctor.
The office staff is incredibly kind, but then they put you in a room with a video camera and an impatient REMOTE technician to do the exam.

Stanton Optical my one stop shop
I’ve gone to Stanton Optical for the last 8-9 years now for my glasses as well as four other of my family memebers. Crystal Vega is excellent in helping choose what looks good on my face , in the lowest prices I ca afford, and she excellent at what she does. She’s never disappointed me with her help. I also find the prices reasonable along with good customer services.

Medium quality and poor management of orders
The prices are too high but the quality is not as good. Also, they normally make errors on the order causing the customers hassles from time to time. In our last order they lost lenses for my wife order and had to reorder them making us to wait for over 8 weeks to finally get her glasses.
