Everyone at this location was great from start to finish. The employees were so friendly, helpful and were great with my kids. The prices were very affordable and we will definitely return.

One hour wait ....
Around 16:30 hrs, I got text that the ordered item is ready for delivery. At 16:45 hrs I reached there to pick up, had to wait until 17:50 to collect the same.

I paid another more than I should have. She never asked if I wanted no line bi-focals , just charged me for it. Never paid this much for 1 pair of glasses before. Never will again

Did not see a doctor in office. It was over a teleprompter. The first exam I couldn’t understand the foreign accent. The second exam the doctor had to pause because her child was playing too loud for us to hear each other. Eye exams should be done with the doctors in office with you. As you can expect my prescription is not helpful. Another set was made by the eye tech trying to tweak the doctor’s rx. It was a little better. The staff was helpful but teleprompter visit was an awful experience. Never going back to Stanton.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Computer went down and increased wait time but was still reasonable. Staff did not recheck fit when I picked glasses up but did ask if everything seemed okay. I will return as needed.

The service was great
The service was great. The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had, was when we went to collect the glasses, only the lenses were there. The previous lady who helped us, didn't put the frames with our order. The person at the front desk went and got the frames from the wall and then left to check if someone was in to put the lenses in the frame. No one was in so he did it himself. We had to get the nose pads bent right after but over all, the experience and service was good

What went wrong this time great way to start a questionaire.
During my visit i requested eye exam. no doctor available they used a tele refractionist for exam. I stated several timeseverything was blurry asked to have them read my current prescription then start from there. over 400.00 spent on glasses and 3 week wait to find out they won't work for me waited over hour second visit for eye doctor to reexamine but no one available. now have to wait even longer to get the exam and longer for glasses. wont be returning to stanton unconcerned optical
