I called the customer service number to ask if the 79.99 deal was available at the Atlanta location, they said yes. I asked the sales associate to direct me to 79.99 frames, she said as long as I pick from that rack it’s 79.99. I asked the technician about the 79.99 deal if my frames were compatible with the deal, she said yes. I go to check out and the price is 139.99. I left a yelp and Google review stating the above. I am willing to take those reviews down for a full refund.

The tech was unfriendly and very condescending. The exam was extremely sterile and felt very robotic. I didn't see any enthusiasm about selling me contacts, which made the experience feel lackluster. I definitely will not be coming back.

Walking in the door
Walking in the door, I felt a relaxed atmosphere and was greeted cheerfully and eagerly by the staff. They were all helpful and informative, and I got my glasses back within record time that it usually takes at other optometrists. I'm highly satisfied with the quality of customer service that I received, the prices for me were amazing, and I'll definitely be back for my next needed appointment(s). Thank you to everyone working that day, that helped me see again.

I needed to replace a lost a lost pair…
I needed to replace a lost a lost pair of glasses. The Sales people advised I could take advantage of one of two deals they were running at the time. Everything was straight forward and there were no surprises. They had my lens in house, so they were able to have the glasses ready in about three hours. This was great considering I was a walk-in, no appointment. This is a great location as the staff is attentive and willing to take the necessary time to explain everything to you. I can certainly recommend this location. I will certainly use them again.
