The chair was installed in a timely manner which I loved! A demonstration was given on how to use the chair. All questions that I had regarding the durability and warranty were answered. I have had a chair similar to this one for twenty-five years. It is worth the investment as well as the excellent service that I depend on. Thank you.

We were impressed with the honesty and friendliness of the salesman , along with the professionalism of the installer. The stairlift has definitely helped me and is well worth the reasonable price.

The custom unit we ordered fits perfectly into our space. Installation took less than a day and the installers were very careful and did a good job. The unit moves up and down very quietly so I can use it in the middle of the night without waking my husband. The chair is just the right height for me to get in and out of.

The stair glide is a knee and back saver. I only wish I had done it years ago. I no longer feel trapped downstairs all day till someone was there to help me upstairs. The salesman and installer were both professional, courteous and very helpful.

Just got last week.

The whole process was very easy. The representative came out right away. I was amazed of how little time it took but how sturdy the stair lift is.

The installer was very nice and made some adjustments for me height once it was installed. He made sure knew all the features before he left.

The stairlift has been a life saver. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and it was getting harder and harder to go up and down the steps.

The process went according to their estimated time of arrival through the point of their completion and departure. They explained what they were going to do, they did it, and then they wrapped things up by showing us how to operate the startlifts.

Purchase and installation were easy and quickly achieved. The stair lift is in use and works well. Only the cats don't like it, but they'll adjust.
