I am so excited to gift this product to a close friend for her birthday. We are BOTH book lovers and this will make for a special personalized gift!

I have contacted this company 4 times so far without any success. I bought this shaper as a birthday present but it does not imprint on the paper at all. I have asked the company for advice but sadly they have not responded to date. So far it would seem this purchase was a waste of my Money!!

Saw the ad on Facebook and as a book lover thought this would be a good late Xmas present.Plenty of designs to choose from and purchase was smooth and communication good.Arrived in good time and I was surprised how compact it is,but works so effectively.Well pleased.

Placed my order on December 15th for a birthday present at the end of December. It is now January 30th and according to the tracking info it's been in customs since December 29th. Customer service is a joke. Will not answer my emails. Their website is very deceiving and everything looks legit but don't waste your money or time. It is a complete scam!

Very creative gift. Needs a bit more leverage to really get the top of the stamp to be as crisp as the bottom, but overall, good quality!

My embosser is the perfect addition to my collection and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality. I now have all my book friends jealous and will probably end up buying them each one for gifts

Complete scam. I placed an order on the 21st November as a Christmas present, with the anticipated arrival being the fist week of December. It is now over 2 months later and I have not received the item.

I have emailed several times and received no response or an attempt to rectify the issue. Please save your money and go elsewhere. There is no contact number and zero customer service, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I have seen this for months already and got myself one to check it out before I got one for my mother in law. I absolutely love it! I'm excited to be able to use it on my books as I continue to gather more for the library. Would recommend definitely!

The company lists their location as London, England but their products ship from China. When I had questions about how long shipping was taking, they were somewhat timely in their responsiveness. They only have email available for customer service. I was not able to locate a phone number anywhere. But when the package was finally delivered, opened and missing items, they suddenly became unresponsive. I emailed them on the day the package was delivered, 12/26/2025 about the issue and have emailed them 5 times since with only an automated response. I even took it upon myself to contact the carrier, supplied photos and documentation, and obtained their confirmation that the merchant would be eligible for a claim. After emailing this information to the merchant, I still have not gotten a response. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Their lack of communication after more than 6 weeks and multiple attempts to reach them is unacceptable.
