THEIR GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS

In November I ordered an embosser as a Xmas gift and after several days waiting it arrived before Xmas. It didn’t get used until January at which time it was determined that part of the text was much fainter. Customer service asked that I send them a video of how I was using it which I did. A follow-up email from me asking what their remedy would be was ignored. Would not recommend this company.
After several e-mails looking for a resolution to their poor quality product, they now are not even acknowledging my e-mails. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: It has now been weeks since I first contacted this company about a faulty embosser. They have stalled on resolving their poor quality embosser. WHAT A RIP OFF !!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
NOW THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS

I would rate less than one if given the…
I would rate less than one if given the ability. Ordered the product over two weeks ago and reached out to customer support numerous times to make a correction. I received an auto reply that my email was received, however was never given any sort of personalized follow up about my request. I ordered well in advance from Christmas and still have not yet received this item. Additionally, it’s shipped from China. It can only be tracked via the Shopify app which is less than ideal. My item shipped and was subsequently returned to sender and when a refund was requested, I still have not received any reply at all from the company. This has been a terrible experience all around that prevented me from getting a Christmas gift for my loved one. Absolutely do not use this company you, will be scammed.

Embossing is very faint and not effective.
The embosser arrived but is not effective. You have to press really hard to get even a very faint embossment. Very disappointing as it looks nothing like the example on the box it comes in. We are very busy with grandchildren visiting at present but I will ring you next week to make sure we have done everything correctly. We watched the instruction video so I don’t think that’s the problem. This is just what my husband wanted but it’s not working effectively.

Ordered an embosser for my sister for Christmas before cut off date. It’s now January 3rd and I have still not received anything, no reply to my previous attempt to contact the company, nothing!. Now I’ve read that my order has been cancelled without my knowledge or consent and returned to sender via tracking.

Late with no response. Going on day 15 after ordering now and still have yet to receive a response from them despite daily emails to customer support. Ordered 12/15 with a stated delivery of 6-10 days.

Easy order process for their stock stamp designs. Shipping was fairly quick - considering it was made and sent from the opposite side of the Earth.
I would love to see about ordering a custom design to be used in the same handle sets.
