Ordered my watch on the 15th November
Ordered my watch on the 15th November, it’s 14th December, I’ve chased and requested my delivery or money back several times.
I’ve since been given a Yodel tracking number. I have spoken to yodel on the 13th December and they have advised that they are still waiting for that parcel to be received. I’m not sure if this is an Ottoman hold up or Yodel?
Very poor communication, nearly £200 out of pocket and still no response after several emails.
