I don’t usually take issues public, but after being ignored multiple times and receiving no clear explanation about decisions made on my account, I feel I must speak up.

As a professional content creator with industry connections, I expected clear communication and transparency—especially from a platform that claims to support fairness and inclusion. Instead, my account was suddenly frozen with no proper explanation, and I was told I was posting “too much,” despite no written guidelines stating limits. I asked for clarification and policy updates but received no meaningful response.

It feels unfair and even discriminatory, especially since my demographic is clearly visible on your end. If Stack truly values diversity, I urge your team to revisit how these situations are handled and to make your policies more transparent so no creator feels targeted or excluded. Ps it’s been over a year and my account should be available to movie forward by this point.

I’m also emailing this directly today 5/10/25 at 6:40 pm est in hopes that someone responsible will finally take notice.

Los mejor sin duda alguna

I recently participated in several campaigns with a company that, unfortunately, attempted to avoid paying me by falsely alleging that my images were copied from elsewhere. When I provided clear proof that the images were my original work and included proof of purchase, the company ceased all communication.

In essence, I purchased the necessary items, created high-quality content using a professional camera, and posted it for their campaign. However, the company neither reimbursed me for the purchase nor compensated me for the posts as initially agreed, which were to be $2-$5 per post. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with them, I have received no response.

It appears that this company utilizes influencer posts to secure payment from brands that hire them for micro-influencer marketing, yet they fail to reimburse influencers for their product purchases and do not pay for the content created. This behavior is deceptive and unprofessional. I strongly advise against trusting companies like this as they exploit the efforts of influencers for their own gain without fair compensation.

I will be sharing all the photos I created for these posts and linking them directly from my Instagram to highlight the quality and effort put into this work.

Stack influence offers quality products that I have an opportunity to be rewarded for trying. My experience has only been positive.

I don’t know nothing yet about the app cause I apply long time I never get approved or anything

This is a great way for micro influencrs to get started. You get to pick your products and showcase them and its quick and fun and easy. Never know who will reach out to you to collab

I really like being able to try new products and select things I have an affinity for and would be interested in trying and then giving an honest review. I feel like this is a win-win for me and the business, and for my friends. The Stack influence platform is easy to use in helping me navigate, what opportunities seem like a good fit, and when I follow through and click the link to post, it's really good about identifying my posts and I copy paste the tags and what I need to and add my own spin to obviously the review but the hashtags and the IG account for the product I'm reviewing are helpfully summarized. I have referred some other friends who do small scale, modeling, acting, and product testing to the app.

I have had nothing but great experience with them! I would recommend!

To be able to try new products free of charge. I would like to see the option of the product being free though and if the influencer doesn’t meet the criteria outlined their privileges be revoked as opposed to the influence having to purchase the product and receive an refund after doing the review.

I love how easy their app is and how easy and clear the instructions are on the assignments. I don’t always find a product I’m passionate about but they are always rolling out new items.

I really enjoy the product offerings and I know they will expand as the company grows. I wish there were more opportunities for offerings that don't require payment being offered to those who have completed a certain amount of reviews. The user relations team is really good about responding quickly to inquiry and resolving issues/answering questions!
