Absolutely abysmal service. Paid £8.99 for next day delivery for TWO bags. ONE bag arrived 7 days later with no word from the company. Emailed them 3 times trying to understand the situation and process a return to which they have not replied at all. They have a tiny return window (14 days from date of Purchase) but it took 7 days for them to send my NEXT DAY DELIVERY item and they are refusing to reply to my emails which they have stated in their return policy is the way to complete a return. How can I complete a return if they will not email me back within the time frame? I am growing increasingly worried and frustrated. I commented on their Instagram asking if they can email me back but my comment was ignored despite posting loads afterwards. These guys are definitely scammers and I am very worried I won’t be able to get my money back for the bags AND for the extortionate delivery cost. I am also worried they are going to try to make me pay for a return as well although there doesn’t appear to be anything on their site about that. I don’t usually leave trust pilot reviews but I had to for this company because I’ve never received such terrible service. I am a small business owner myself and I would never treat a customer the way I have been treated. Terrible terrible service (although the bag was nice when it arrived, I ordered it for a costume party so I do not need it now that it has arrived 4 days after the party).

Ive tried to retun an item but you get no response from the company. There are no return details in the bag. Ive tried the chat line who say you must email. Emailing has no response.

Service is very bad… bought so many items but one was not found and the bag too was abit expensive. Have sent emails but haven’t received any reply and money too have been deducted from my account.Hope this one will be good to receive feedback. Thanks
