DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY
My experience was extremely disappointing. The workplace felt toxic, the workload was excessive, and employee wellbeing seemed to come last.
Management is a joke! The constant turnover in the team says a lot. People come and go rapidly, while only a few manage to stay.
Some conditions were not made clear when I was hired. For example, I was not told that annual leave was restricted during the first six months, and a sports benefit that was initially free later became partially paid.
If you're considering joining, Think twice!

Thank you for taking the time to write this.
We won't discuss individual employment matters in a public forum, but we do take feedback about working conditions and about how terms are communicated at hiring seriously. Points on leave policy and benefits are things we can review internally.
If you are willing, please contact us at info@squareone.com.cy so we can look into your experience properly. That offer stands whether or not you choose to identify yourself.
