Got given a price of £246 before the phone was sent off. There wasn’t anything wrong with the phone, but apparently, there were deep scratches on the screen, so the amount went down by £100. I questioned it and was basically told that that’s the way it is and there were definitely scratches, even though I have photos that say otherwise.

The company makes out that they’re the best and offer great prices, but they throw a curve ball, I’ve also read other reviews that say the same as me.

I wouldn’t sell through this company again and if you’re thinking of selling your phone, I would definitely look at different companies before going straight to this one.

I sent an Iphone 12pro 128gb unlocked, had a price of £364.00 only to then offer me £199.00 because they deemed the device had moderate wear, the screen does not have one mark on it, the rear of the device has a few minor marks from where lint has got into the case but nothing major. Also on the report they sent me it states normal wear and tear, NOT moderate.

I sold two phones via Spring, very happy with how quick and efficient the service was and received funds quickly. Would use again.

Just underhand marketing, no intention of paying what they're initially suggesting - they'll lower the quote once they have your device in their hands

I sold two iPhones using Spring and their reusable pouches. They are great. So easy to use and good for the environment. Others should use them.

Brilliant company. Bag arrived quickly and it's great that they're reusable. I followed the instructions and sent the phone off on Tuesday, it was received on Wednesday and the money was in my account waiting to be transferred on Thursday. Despite other bad reviews, this was a great experience and I got the high end of the estimation for my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Found Spring to be a great way of recycling our phones that we had recently upgraded. Good offers for both phones. Little problematic when the pouch did not arrive but a quick call got it resolved. Because of the delayed pouch we were right on the 30 day offer limit. Spring actually offered us less than the original offer despite all the checks coming back positive. Again got the situation resolved and we were reimbursed the amount of the original offer. Despite this I would definitely use Spring again.

Amazing service, dropped the device off at a Pod, the guaranteed offer was paid all done within 2 days and money transferred straight to my account. Will 100% use Spring again.

I received multiple quotes from different companies with some being better than Spring's, however I decided to go with Spring as it had good reviews. My initial valuation was £206 and I declared the condition as light wear and tear as the phone had always had a glass screen protector and a case on it. I also provided photos showing there were no visible flaws with the phone.

The package to post my phone in arrived and I was very impressed with it as it looked very good and it had arrived swiftly.

However, I then received a final valuation of £112 from the company and they wrote in the report that the phone was 'severely scratched, cracked or dented'. This isn't true and practically halving my valuation over this is a joke.

This is clearly an attempt to attract people in with good valuations before low-balling them with final quotes.

I had high hopes of Spring and I'm very disappointed. I would advise to not use their services and look elsewhere.
