Placed an order and immediately sent an email to swap two items, I sent them 5 x emails in the span of 8 hours, to which I only got a shipping email. My request went ignored. As a first time customer, this experience was Very disappointing

DO NOT purchase from this company unless you want to lose money! I purchased a pair of trainers on sale at £50. I definitely ordered my correct UK shoe size but got sent a pair in the US shoe size. I then proceeded to ask for an exchange and eventually a refund. I had to request the refund by email and was told that I had to pay for the return of the item which was duly completed within 14 days. I then had to chase their customer service for my refund after confirmation of delivery had already long passed and was then given a refund of £1.19 after deduction of so called “return label costs”!!! Please note that nowhere does it state that there will be a deduction for “return label costs” for more than £48. So now I am out of pocket by £50 less £1.19 refund and the delivery costs and still have no shoes! This is a fantastic scam! They keep the shoes, your money and make you pay for the delivery to you and back! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I can see from previous reviews that this is a common theme.
I have now received an email stating that as I was not made aware of the “ return label” charge beforehand that they will refund the full £50 less the £1.19 already refunded. They need to change their returns policy to be simpler and lawful.

Ordered shoes with 11€ shipping. The return shipping costs amount to over 40€ - this is nowhere mentioned on the website and completely hidden from customers at the time of purchase. Absolutely unacceptable lack of transparency.

To make matters worse, I am within the 14-day return window and cannot even register the return on the website. Customer service has yet to get back to me.

Would absolutely not recommend - hidden costs and a broken return process make for a very frustrating experience.

Azienda pessima, qualità degli articoli scarsissima. Ho acquistato una collana da un loro rivenditore, si è rovinata dopo averla indossata pochissime volte. E non mi è stata riconosciuta la garanzia perché per loro non rientrava in garanzia. Che delusione tanto soldi per una collana scadente. Sconsigliatossimo.

Extremely bad quality for the price
I bought 2 pairs of Adidas trousers. I use them sporadically. After only couple of months both got holes along stitching. I own few other Adidas pants and after years of wearing have never had such problems. Will never buy again

I had not received shipping details from the Sporty & Rich more than 15 days after my purchase. After contacting the company multiple times, I have received 0 answer nor help from them.

Can you please help me?

Received a damaged and wet box. When I opened the box, the t-shirt came out with big black ink stains. Contacted support the day the order arrived, yet to hear back (7 days ago). Order number #SR311786

Very shady business. I had not received shipping details from the Sporty & Rich after 10 business days of my purchase. After contacting the company multiple times, one of my orders was cancelled with the excuse of not available and one order remained pending. After a couple more emails with no reply I had to open a CC dispute. Unfortunately those were Christmas gifts. Stay away!

the 29-11-2025 placed my order SR308205, due to be delivered this past Tuesday 9th Dec 2025 here in the Netherlands, the package is somewhat lost still in Gardenia, California, requested a Klarna refund twice, both emails ignored. Their customer service isn ´ t good, they take way too long to reply if so, and their answers are very detached and too brief mostly ´´trying to get rid of you´´ kind of feeling. I really like their clothing and style but without solid customer care, no company is worth the hype. I ´ m anxious regarding the outcome of this issue with my order and want my Klarna refund for the lost package.

They sent my package on time BUT their packaging is exactly same as shein ! Ha ha ha!
Even Zara packages their goods more better than this luxury brand.

During Black Friday, the brand displayed “discounted” prices that were actually higher than the original prices. My trousers were shown at a so-called reduced price of €325, while the real original price was €315. This is unacceptable and clearly a fraudulent commercial practice.

I even emailed customer service to request a refund and have the error corrected — no response, no action.

Extremely disappointed. This is false advertising and a scam. Avoid.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I returned a pair of sneakers (order #SR299554) over a month ago. According to DHL tracking, the parcel was delivered on October 22. Yet I still HAVEN’T received my refund — and even worse, I HAVEN’T received any reply to my emails.

I’ve contacted the team MULTIPLE times, provided all details (including the DHL tracking number), and still got complete SILENCE. At this point I feel misled and ignored, and my rights as a customer are clearly being violated.

I genuinely hoped this would be resolved quickly and professionally, but the lack of communication and refund is unacceptable. I’m still waiting for my money back.

made a return and it delivered back to them 2 weeks ago and have not received a refund. i have emailed at least 8 times and sent an instagram dm .. no response. will never shop with them again.

I initiated a refund three weeks ago (order number: SR301330), and they received my return parcel two weeks ago. BUT they have not responded to me and have not processed the refund. I have emailed them several times but have not received any reply at all.

Ordered and was told 4 day delivery via DHL. Followed up with customer service after a week and was told there was a delay. They took the payment but still haven’t sent my order and no sign of it being dispatched. My bank are reclaiming the payment. Such a shame - really poor service.

I sent back two items for a refund (SR283435). It was delivered weeks ago and I have had no communications with their support team.

This is really disappointing as I am a big fan of their clothes. I've tried contacting them multiple times using the support email address and they have just ghosted me.

Tried to cancel an order within an hour of ordering, patronising and condescending replies from customer service.

Update the next day they did refund, so updated review thanks.

Long delivery time- low quality.
No respons no refund

I’ve placed an order on April 1th and still haven’t got any updates. When I view my order on their page it says that they’ve received my order and are getting ready to ship it, but does they really need 1 month for that? I’ve tried to contact sporty & rich directly (like 4 times) but no one seems to care. I really don’t recommend this brand.

I have followed this company for at least a year or so and their products have looked really beautifully designed and I love the aesthetic. I ordered a couple of items in my first order and was really disappointed by the quality which was so poor for the price paid, and the sizing which was so way off that I sent the items back. Being based in the UK it cost me quite a bit of money to do the return and all this left such a bad impression overall. I still look at the emails and feel a bit dismayed by internet versus reality. Sadly I won't take a chance and place an order again.
