Got a pair of Merrel Moab 3 hiking shoes for a great price. I was buying online, and it was the last pair in stock so I thought they might be the floor model because of the price. Nope. Look like they had never even been tried on. Shipping was free and super fast. Very happy with entire purchasing process.

Tupi made the difference he is great with customer service and is a responsive rep, he apologized for the frustration and for the delay on reaching someone to correct my order. It was shipped before this could be done. I was frustrated not being able to reach anyone to correct my order it was jantansly after I hit proceed that I seen the error. After 3-4 days they emailed seeing my request to change. It is a pain to be searching for men’s shoes and realize you were somehow switched to women’s in the search. It wasn’t Really described in product description.
To say that they made things better my communicating after I shared my frustration they made the process easier to return the sneakers. I dreaded and didn’t think it was not going to be easy. They were very sincere and attentive to respond quickly each email with customer service email. Will be back to touch again if any issues with the refund. So far so good. I really appreciate it.

No customer service at all! There no phone support, no chat. Only an email form that remains unanswered after several messages. I ordered skis over a week ago and it has not shipped, not getting any update. And cannot talk to anyone.

First time shopping at Sporting Life. I called the store at Sherway Gardens and asked for the shoe department. They transfered me to representative sales person, I spoke to Nirupan. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Told him going to have lunch, will see him soon. I went up to a guy and it was Nirupan. I told him what I needed, what sport I do. He brought two pairs to me. He explained the difference. I was so happy and with the service, my sister got a pair also.
Downhill Ski boot purchase
I worked with a salesman named Benoit who helped me pick out some downhill ski boots. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I would recommend this store for helping you to choose downhill ski boots!

Also bought skis (only offered home delivery) for son's Christmas gift - delivery service kept sending alerts for 5 days that I was the next delivery - then sent alert saying could not find address (house has been in sample place in High Park since 1902...

Skis and Bindings
I purchased a pair of skiis and bindings at the Yorkdale store but upon doing research afterwards, I found they were not the correct ski for me so I went back to the store and was served by Kitti.
She worked with me to get the correct ski and I found her to be knowledgeable, helpful and she went above and beyond to ensure I had the right ski and bindings.
She is a definite asset to Sporting Life and I hope they recognize what an asset she is to the organization.
If you are ever in the ski section in the Yorkdale store, ask for Kitti.
Family member bought $350 worth of gift…
Family member bought $350 worth of gift cards for me several years ago, and they no longer work. Family member essentially got scammed out of $350. Customer support is not being helpful.

I wanted to write today to tell you about the fantastic service person who helped me at the Collingwood store. Her name was Heather. She went back and forth multiple times looking for items for all the members of my family. We ran her around like crazy but she served us with courtesy and a smile.
