Had Paul out again for the second time now, a breeze from start to finish very helpful easy communicating and booking in to getting the job sorted. Lovely and pleasant guy! Highly recommend! Thank you very much.

Excellent all round. The only one of about 5 "24 hour" auto locksmiths to actually answer the phone. Went above & beyond to come to Sheffield early in the morning. Great job at a good price.

I contacted SP Lock & Safe due to a faulty door lock. Paul advised an estimated time to be at the property and then sent a message later on to confirm his arrival time. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact, the job was finished! He was very polite and used boot covers when entering the property. Paul discussed all options for a replacement lock and was very transparent with the cost of everything. I decided on one lock but Paul contacted me the next day to check I was happy with the lock that had been fitted and stated he would return without a call-out fee to change the lock to another option if required. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely use the company again! :)

I was on my last day of my holiday , car packed kids in the car ready to go home, then the sinking feeling happened… where is my car key? Turning the cottage we were staying in upside down to retracing some walks we had done the night before I decided it was lost. I began to ring local locksmith’s. I had a few quotes and some unusual replies to what time they could get to my location etc. … Then I rang SP he was calm, understanding and polite. I new instantly I trusted him. He was honest with his timing he could get to me and his pricing was extremely fair (cheaper than any other I rang). He arrived earlier than he said (brilliant). He began to start picking my lock and was successful shortly after. When trying to get the code for the car to match the key my car went into anti theft mode (very common) SP remained calm and managed to break the code successfully. Cracking bloke and he saved what was a disaster of a day to a success. Would highly recommend this life saver!! Thank you SP!!!

Really nice chap. Did exactly what he said he would do and turned up on time. Nice to see post covid. Programmed my key and also added a battery to the engine to make sure there was power whilst doing the job in case my car battery failed. I would highly recommend him. Love the personal number plate he has as well. Very cool.

Quick turn around time, on a weekend, from online submission of broken lock to having it fixed with replacement keys. Paul was knowledgeable and went above what was required, for the customer. A very good, trustworthy service.

Top man helped me locate key I didn't know about and me fix my lock took about 10 mins really helpful my new locksmith

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul for his professionalism and honest workmanship. After taking my end of the day desperate call to replace an ignition on a car I needed for the nursery run and work the following morning. Paul worked by torchlight in the dark and cold to put right what proved to be a difficult job and still for the price agreed some hours earlier. I couldn't praise him highley enough.
