The order was promptly prepared and dispached.
I was able to re arrange the delivery day to suite my circumstances without any hassle.

Chris was very helpful, wasn’t pushy at all and came across a nice guy. Looking forward to doing business again in the future.

Spiritfilled are a great cask investing company.
Investing into whisky casks was something new for us. But after looking at 2 other companies and talking to Jon a few times about how Spiritfilled and their warehouse works, making sure every owner get their Delivery Order. Gave me assurance that it is worth while if you have some spare cash. Jon then gave me a great proposal which I could not miss. A few weeks later we were up at the Braeside Bond warehouse looking and tasting our own casks. Very impressed with the whole experience. Haven’t sold anything yet or gone to bottling so I can’t talk about that but so far so good.

Easiness and straightforward process with Spiritfilled to purchase a whisky cask with proper documentation (DO) and taking care of the cask. Thanks Chris.

Ive delta with a few companies with regards to investing and Spiritfilled have been by far the best.
All dealings were through email as phone calls weren't appropriate due to work. And all responses were fast and informative.

If you're not afraid of a challenge. If you're looking for excitement in addition to income, this adventure is for you. Everything is well explained, step by step. You always know what you're doing.

Didn’t know anything about whisky and the investment process but Chris was great and talked me through it all. There was absolutely no sales pitch or pressure, he helped to make it a great exciting experience. I know have a few drams put away for the future. Highly recommend giving it a go

Honesty, no pressure, information and fact-based answers. Plus generally very helpful, accommodating and above all, friendly.

Was initially wary because I found the company through ads and anything that seems like "easy investment" rings warning bells in my head. However, after delving into the whisky industry further, speaking a few times on the phone with Chris in London and meeting Donald at the warehouse in Scotland, their patience, knowledge and care convinced me to take a dive. Chris was respectful with regards to my timeline and price choices and provided valuable guidance as to the selection of casks. As many things in life, only time will tell whether this was a wise investment or not. My experience with Spiritfilled was definitely positive - communication and purchase processes were clear and simple and the team was available for anything needed. I look forward to seeing what the next years bring.

I contacted Spiritfilled with a rather small enquiry asI had not dealt with them before. Chris the consultant was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!. I was more than happy to take the first step with them, and look forward to a positive relationship moving forward. Thanks!🥃👍

Fantastic service from the team thank you Spirtfilled Ltd.

From my initial call to the conclusion of the purchase the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me to make informed decisions.

The simplicity of the purchase process could not have been easier.

Chris is very knowledgeable and helped in providing cask ownership options and advice. The sales process was simple and quick and gave me confidence in the company. This is an industry that has had some bad actors in the past so its good to see a new and reliable company enter the market.

Had a wonderful experience with spiritfilled when making a purchase of whiskey casks /the whole journey from enquiry to purchase was conducted by John Alexander of spiritfilled /the communication with John wasn't all about purchase we had alot of very interesting conversations from whiskey experiences, to advice and process before we even got to setting costs etc /absolutely no pressure to buy , Ialso contacted them after watching the whiskey investigation scandal , in which John immediately contacted me with the reassurance and proof that spiritfilled were not affected ,John also courtesy calls regular keep up the good work spiritfilled

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are eager and prompt to answer any queries I had. Once a decision was made the process was very easy, and the "owners certificates" were issued promptly.
