Pavel Miller worst agent I ever work with absolutely unprofessional. , pushy ,and worth agent I ever work with and as former CEO of business investment management , I had about 200 agents working
for me .The guy doesn’t have any ideas of of what’s is client / agent and what responsibilities he as an agent has toward clien He on records told me that he can provide different service to different clients and much more
My attorney will work now with US regulators to find out what kind of license they have in US
Strongly recommend not to get involve in client agent relationships.
Or like me you end up in litigation.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I currently invested a significant amount of money with them and there is no way of getting your money or the profits back.
They keep asking for additional funds and it's a never ending story. Finally they told me that I won't get the money back at all and I need to wait for an undisclosed period of time. Done. Well - I see the money on my account, but there is no way to convert that into USD. It's a scam.

Pyramid Scheme

If anyone successfully withdrew funds from this platform, please let me know.
If they are trading, the margin comes from all the other accounts on the platform. My new "analytic" Alla Rottenberg, aside from accusing me of all sins, told me there are no withdrawals if there is a negative trade open, and closing it results in 5 times additional loss of funds to me than the amount currently negative. Profit works differently - I get only what is officially posted in the account. Meaning that the remainder of the profit from my successful trade is someone else's property, but the losses are all mine.
If this is not a pyramid scheme, I don't know what is.

Our company systematically withdraws client funds and never interferes with the withdrawal of funds if the fact of withdrawal and the withdrawal amount do not violate the terms of trade and exceed the available amount. And indeed, we could reject a withdrawal if the funds were involved in trading deals. Please note that in case of opening a trade, the withdrawal of these funds is technically impossible, even if it seems that the withdrawal of the balance before closing the trade will protect you from a loss. Technically it works another way. With the trade opening, the funds are no longer on your balance, which means we also do not manage them. All funds on your balance belong exclusively to you, they are not the property of the company.
The sources of our commercial profit are:
- Commissions for completed transactions on the market;
- Account maintenance fees;
- Margin lending;
- In the same place we can receive profit according to the Managed Account Agreement, if such is concluded with the client. Here we should point out that no Managed Account Agreement has been signed with you, your account does not imply full management by a trading specialist and also does not imply risk-free trades. So in all cases, except in fully managed accounts cases, the responsibility for the loss of funds is indeed the responsibility of the client.

Spire bit has a lier that work with them Pavel Miller who not licenced broker and ripping people off. Spire bit is bunch of fraudsters who do not have licence to trade. They use people money and keep them and blame all on market. Pavel Miller told me that I should not withdraw and forced me to add more money.
