Buyer Beware. They will not exchange shoes for a different size. However, they offered me a 20% coupon should I want to buy them again. What?!? Also, shame on Facebook for allowing them to advertise products on their site.

It's been 15 days and still my order is stuck on "awaiting shipment"

I ordered a pair of boots. The boots were damaged when I received them. I sent an email to customer service and was told the manager would only agree to a partial refund and I would get then we they received the boots. They keep making offers of 20% and I return the boots at my expense even though their website states they cover return shipping on damaged items. PURE SCAM!

I hope EVERYBODY read these reviews before purchasing. All these reviews are telling THE TRUTH the whole and NOTHING, but the TRUTH. I order a Dog face rain coat for my fur baby off of the measurements this fake ass company provided. I had to wait a month. When I received my item it was way too damn big for my fur baby. So I tried too contact customer service on 3 attempts and I should have reached out to a wall or a door. I would of gotten a response cause this company obviously is not worth a DAMN nor REAL. Now I'm stuck with a XXL dog face rain coat that I have no use of. Soooooo please don't purchase from this scam ass company. P.S. PLEASE LET'S STOP SCAM ASS COMPANIES LIKE SPIN PAPER🙏.

Ordered a coat online. The coat they sent looks nothing like the photo. I e-mailed them twice wanting to return for a full refund, which they declined. I reported this company to Discover for fraud, to get a refund and my claim was denied. I submitted photos of what was purchased, a green coat with a buckle on sleeves and around waist, no pockets. What I got was a mans green jacket with two large front pockets and two draw strings at the waist and fax fur around the hood. Looks like this company is living the American dream off dumb Americans who order online.

I ordered a Canada Goose coat for my son on 01/16. Finally it came today, after almost 1 month, after trying many times to e mail them. It was FAKE, bad quality, money and time wasted.
The worst experience! How can they sell Fake staff, while in the picture you see the original coat. SHAME ON THEM!!!!

They advertised a lamb skin jacket with pictures and a thorough description of the material, thickness, presenting pictures of labels and other details.
Their TRASH arrived today. A plastic coat, lowest quality you can ever see.
I requested a refund, they offered to refund an 8% because “I am not satisfied “ with their product.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

False advertising. Show a wonderful watch, receive a fake knockoff. I wish I could show the pictures is just terrible.😡

I ordered one of the retro MCM clocks that look great on their site, and they did ship me a clock, but a piece of junk. The online pictures showed a glass face and chrome ring over the clock face and chrome metal rods holding the decorative MCM balls, but what I received was a flat disc clock face and no glass and white plastic rods holding cheap flat plastic rhinestone discs hot glued to the sticks and there was no starburst graphics on the clock face nor was the wood sunburst fins representing of the wood and stain advertised. They did communicate with me from cstmr service, and keep upping a percentage off partial refund, but not full return, last comm. 20% off and keep item, clock is not even worth the 20% off value, I can't display this embarrassing
product in my home.

Ordered a WIZARD ALLEY BOOKSHELF INSERT, which looked AMAZING and three dimensional on the website. It took A MONTH to get there, with next to zero communication about its trek. Then, once it arrived, it looked like the cheapest, half-assed version of what the website showcased. It's embarrassing. I wish I had seen this website before I wasted my money.

The red boots I ordered are not red, nor or they leather as described. I can't get an acceptable refund or return them. They are so cheap looking I would not wear them or give them away.

This'business' is refusing to provide a full refund, offering ONLY 20%. I NEVER received the package since the incomplete address was on the package and was sent back by the post office weeks ago. I was told by 'customer service' that the return address is different from the address it was sent from and could not be received back. I was told by 'customer service' the package would be destroyed if returned and that I should go to the post office to collect the package even though I informed them multiple times that the package could not be released to me and was already sent back to them. I was informed that the company would suffer a loss if a full refund is issued. What is more important, suffering a loss by refunding or losing potential loyal customers? The item was ordered since December and this is still an ongoing issue.

I ordered doll which were supposed to be soft bodied and I really wicked cheap plastic dollars instead. I am trying to return and they are insisting that I must pay the shipping to return the item I did not order and that I should accept a 15% refund.

Spinnaker is a scam company. Bought seresto flea collars off Amazon and spinnaker handled sale beyond my control and screwed me! Cannot contact them.email automatically won't let u respond and u have to reset your phone to get out if endless loop! Think they r in China also,another red flag! Never again,another reason I try to avoid Amazon,not the 1st. Time they have screwed me and Amazon won't help either!! Rrr!!

Buyer BEWARE!! I waited 16 days for the dog Soresto flea collars to arrive. I ordered 3 and got 2. If I wanted to pay full price for them, would have bought somewhere I would have gotten them quicker and recourse to get my 3rd collar. I have emailed the company twice and no response... CRICKETS!! I have 3 dogs needing collars and here I am stuck paying basically full price since they choose not to answer and fulfill their commitment. May contest the charges to my credit card.

I was shocked when I requested a return authorization cause the size was off. I had ordered a medium as they said the fit was on the large side. Not only was the material of extremely poor quality but the size and design was nothing like the picture. They refused to refund me my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WE DON'T DO BUSINESS IN THE US LIKE THIS. WE DON"T SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY>

Wrong product completely, took forever to receive and really cheap. Didn't realize it was China or wouldn't have even tried it. Would have rated negative stars but couldn't find the option!

The wall clock I received looks nothing like the picture and is of such laughably terrible quality that it broke during assembly. The face of the clock is literally a laminated piece of paper and the rest is made from ultra thin “wood” that feels more like cardboard. Not worth the $40 I paid

I ordered four different wooden cups. None of the four even look close to what was pictured. The ones picture looked nice. The ones we received looked cheap and not even painted close to what the were supposed to be. Ordered for christmas gifts and just got them. Buyer beware.

The picture in the ad does not even resemble what I received. I had to put the clock together and all of the pieces did not fit. I ended up trying to tape some in and that didn’t work. The actual clock itself arrived with bent hands. So frustrating! When I read the return policy, they have so many loopholes as to why they won’t refund your money that it doesn’t pay for me to spend my money on postage, time and effort. I feel duped and out of 39.99. Please do not order ANYTHING from this company. You will not get what’s in the picture and find that you greatly overpaid. They flashed on Facebook and that’s what started the whole disappointing process.
