Ordered the spices on the 7th April 24..Read the 5 to 7 days dispatch.. No Problem with that.... No Order despatch info so rang about 2 weeks later and spoke to a bloke who said he would look into it.. Text him my details regarding order.. no responce.. Tried to use chat line 3 times on different 3 days on their web page... still no responce.. Just read they are now going to be supplying Cost Cutter.. Good Luck with that one, they cant supply the little people never mind a corporate business.. NEVER will I purchase from this pathetic set up..I wish I had checked on Trust pilot First I would not have placed the order.. 19% of the customers rate as 1 star, WOW wake up spicy Joe!!! Send me my money back or post my goods!!! Thank You

Still no sign of the order after four weeks.
I emailed them on the 9th of April for an update and the Response was items have been dispatched. Still no sign, not even a tracking number. Also asked for a refund twice. No word back..At least respond to emails. Reached out to PayPal and have been refunded.

Spicy Joes….Lovely quality spices and well packaged, decided on individual pots of spices and an Als curry blend so I can try many of the curries.. I would like the Chicken Tikka or Base Gravy mix blend as my free product (Order No. 20259 ) either is fine , Thank you and keep up the good work.

Amazing spices and great service

Order arrived but with an item missing. I emailed them but got no response. I've since emailed again and have nothing back. Can't comment on the products as not tried them yet but won't be ordering again. Can't be bothered with poor customer service.

Not sure how they keep regular customers. No contact for 5 weeks, still waiting. Will go elsewhere next time. Which is a shame as I purchased a curry mix to try which was nice. That also took weeks to deliver! If your busy explain to people that it could take around 6 weeks, save leaving them hanging. Some might still order??

It has been over 3 months now.
Heard nothing.
Basically told them to shove it!
It was only around £15 but that’s not the point. Awful service…

Unfortunately I didn't get to try anything because they didn't dispatch 😔 Website says 5-7 days which is just about acceptable but I've been waiting a month now and still haven't received anything. I've messaged them twice to see if there's any hold up and been ignored both times. It's such a shame because I was really looking forward to trying their products and really wanted to support smaller businesses. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere and can not recommend.

Lovely stuff. Ordered Al's tikka blend, and tried it last night. Lovely stuff. Great price, excellent delivery times. What's not to like. Now looking at what else I may want to try. Cheers

I had used the Spicy Joes Bassar Mix powder (Al's Kitchen) it was extremely high quality and I had just finished the bag I had.

I placed an order for another bag plus the Onion Bhaji mix, also the Tandoori blend mix powders. They were ordered on the Wednesday and delivered today Saturday. The pouches have improved, but they were good before.

The quality is superb, the best I have ever used and that is a lot of different ones. I know some people moan about delivery sometimes the blends are out of stock. But this is a small business and the spices are such high quality they are worth the wait.

Try them out you will not be disappointed, I have become a customer for life, once you try the spices you will never go back.

I've ordered many of Al's kitchens curry blends over the past 6 months - All are very nice. We haven't ordered an Indian takeaway in months as the blends are nicer and cheaper! Delivery is always good and consistent. We live down the road from Spicy joes so they hand deliver my orders personally and always within the 2 days they promise! I don't think I will ever stop ordering these!

Order placed 5 weeks ago, reached out via email twice for an update but got no response.

I had made a mistake with my delivery information and they called me to amend it. Very helpful, quick delivery. Would definitely buy from again

Ordered some items on the 28/02.
On the 13/03 i contacted spicy joes asking for an update. i got a reply straight away saying they had just tried to call me (which they did) but also went on to say they were in my area the next day and it would be dropped off as i don't live to far away.
I waited but nothing arrived.
I contacted spicy joes again this time asking for a refund (2 weeks is more than enough time) but i did not get a reply.
Thankfully i purchased the items with PayPal and got a refund. but the whole process took nearly a month.

Really simple process to order, had my delivery address ready. Parcel arrived much quicker than I was expecting.

We ordered for first time a few weeks ago, an error was made where our items were not shipped but the owner went out of his way to resolve this and hand delivered our products. Very happy and will always order from them in future

Ordered on Friday and delivered on saturday morning, brilliant. Thankyou spicy joe will be coming back soon.
