My order came out faster than expected. The Madagascar beans I received are plump and not dry at all. They were fragrant and smelled divine!
Only bad thing is I have to wait several months now to try the extract. ;)

It took too many days for delivery after receiving the order in North York. North York is just over an hour to get to Belleville.

When I needed help to fix a mistake I made ordering, the customer service was lighting fast and fixed it in a flash. thanks folx

Full Disclosure: I have been a vanilla extract maker for many years now and up until recently have bought my beans from my preferred vendor in the US. Wanting to find a Canadian source due to dramatically increased shipping charges and the poor exchange rate, I happened to stumble on Orchid-Vanilla and placed a small order just to see what their beans were like. Folks, THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC! The vanilla beans I received are wonderfully plump and oily and have the most exquisite vanilla aroma - they are every bit as good as - if not better than what I have been buying for many years. They arrived vacuum sealed in perfect condition, and are of the correct weight (I always check) Shipping was quick and efficient and made my inner child dance with joy! If you're Canadian and you're looking for top quality vanilla beans at a great price and want to avoid high shipping charges from the US, look no further. I’ve ordered their Madagascar vanilla powder it was shipped on Monday from
Etobicoke and I live in Milton and today is one week later and I still never received my product . Horrible shipping and customer service.
