I have known the full team at Sphinx for over 7 years now as both a supplier to them previously and now as a customer running my own company.

Without a doubt Sphinx are one of the most friendliest, reliable and all round great companies I deal with. Of all the suppliers I use I would say Sphinx are without doubt my favourite supplier.

Joe, Sophie and Erin are my go 2 for when I need goods supplied ASAP to my sites all across the UK.

All the top brands and always very competitive on pricing.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would urge anyone who purchases industrial/ welding equipment to talk to the team at Sphinx.

OK, so I needed a Harris Acetylene Mixer. I scoured the globe, I found one in America. I bought it, paid astronomic import fees and waited over four weeks. They sent the wrong one. In a panic I fortuitously alighted on Sphinx and they apparently had 5 in stock. I was disbelieving given the trouble I have had and nearly bought the lot. Ha ha. Anyway they processed my order and sent it out next day. Phew, just in time for my customer order to be completed. Unfortunately the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. I rang Sphinx and spoke to Erin Fletcher. You would have thought I was talking about delivery of a baby such was her concern, care, and consideration. She swung into action and could not have done more for me. I am now the proud owner of this essential part for my brazing rig and have taken two minutes out of finishing my customer order to deadline so that I can write this much deserved review. In summary Sphinx can supply things that others really can't, supply them quickly at good prices and follow through to ultimate customer satisfaction. They will now be my first port of call for all things brazing!

This company gives good, old fashioned, service. I had a minor concern about my online purchasing but I emailed my concern and recieved a personal reassurance phone call which allayed my concern and made me feel like a valued customer.
