Kanonbra leverans på det som finns i lager. Tog typ 2 dagar. Men ett avgashus till turbon jag köpte i samma paket som det står klart o tydligt "2-4" (antar menat i dagar) sitter jag nu i 6e veckan och inte hört ett knyst, mailat o får bara massa skitsvar att dem inte kan göra nånting, samt någon kompensation för felet ser inte ljust ut. Så jag har alltså köpt en turbo, sitter o betlar (vart en saftig summa så avbetalar) som jag ändå inte kan röra. Här köp en bil men du får vänta med nycklen... så med andra ord, köp inget från dem som dem inte har inne, om du inte måste. Kundsupport får 0,01 av 1000

I ordered what I assumed was a uk company as website is .co.uk
Later that day checked invoice to find it was a eu company so liable for 20% vat
Sent 2 emails so far to cancel as item hasn’t shipped and have received absolutely no response
My items were stated as in stock but still haven’t shipped
Totally useless customer service
Will be filing a dispute for return of funds

After ordering some forged pistons and rods for a R56 Mini i was happy to see it was on its way but then only pistons showed up and no rods so sent an email waited a few days noting sent another one to be told sorry not in stock asked when it will be back in stock no reply, A month later still noting send another 3 emails finally got a reply saying the rods will be back in stock in September so they expected you to wait 3+ months for rods not even a sorry or anything really poor company.
In this time the head the block could all start to rust and be useless if they ever turn up.

This is not even for my self its for a customer so going to loose that customer over this and the job at this rate so not happy at all worse company to deal with

although its no good when you dont send the reverse lockout screws with it

Had a bill for import fees and VAT. Oh they sting you on the vat. Parcel supposedly delivered. No proof of delivery and I'm the one waiting to be paid out. 2 big companies one massive joke. Avoid like the plague as they just want to rip us off

Really good company. Parts were cheaper than anywhere i could find in the UK, communication was great and they helped me with a query very promptly with the exact info i was looking for. Yes - you will pay 20% VAT if shipping to the UK (no duty) and the parts do come from Sweden but it doesn't take long and even with the 20% VAT the parts are still cheaper than the UK by quite some distance. Well they were for me anyway.. It's common sense really, if you are importing anything you will pay fees. Would 100% use again.

Its clearly an EU company, you've always had to pay VAT just like you would if shopping domestically. If you can't see the fact it's based in Sweden you need to go to Specsavers. I've spent thousands here without issue.

They are not based in UK but Sweden.I did order some Wiseco bits for my engine and took around 7 weeks to arrive but my god they were much much much cheaper than one in UK stock.Great customer services but if you needs your parts urgent and dont wanna wait you have to pay big money from UK stock.

Awful company, sent item out but currently lost in transport, understand that's not a issue with the sender but should at least refund or send out replacement parts asap. Need these parts for a engine rebuild. I'm sure I won't see a refund or the items. See the other negative reviews of this company before buying parts.

I read all the bad reviews after I'd ordered and was concerned but I need not have worried parts arrived within 5 working days and the price I payed is the price it arrived at my door for.
Based on this experience I would use these guys again.

Alt for lang ventetid på varerne. Skal vente op til 14 dage før det ankomme til dem. Og så sender de det først der. Tror ikke de har mange ting på lager.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Firstly they make out they are in the UK and they are not. Next they stated on their website I would receive my item within 2-3 days and it tools over 2 weeks for it to arrive. When I asked in the meantime where is my item and when would I receive it, they stated they would send it out as soon as they get it, indicating they don’t even stock it showing there was no way I would receive it in the stated timeframe. This company couldn’t care less about their customers as they made no effort to rectify this issue. I certainly won’t be using their p**s poor service again

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing a lot of bad reviews for this company. I’m in the UK - yes it isn’t immediately clear they are based abroad but the information is there on the site, clearly what comes with that is potential tax which I prepared for as the prices were cheaper than other suppliers. The package arrived in a timely manner with no tax applied - very happy

Another unhappy customer I should have known that the company use a .Co.uk website but fail to charge VAT at checkout. Instead you get charged VAT / import duty from the courier after delivery. Should really make this obvious at checkout. Then they force FedEx terms and conditions on you, next the part takes a month to arrive. Extremely poor.

Avoid if you’re in the uk!
The company use a .co.uk website and when the parcel arrives you get a nasty duty bill from fedex because the parcel was posted from Europe.
Not made aware at point of sale and didn’t question as it was purchased from a uk website.
Avoid at all costs.

Company is not UK based, the site is misleading. Delivery was very slow taking 3 weeks and as the item is shipped from Europe vat and duty had to be paid on top of the sale price. The intercooler I ordered is very poorly made and I have had to cut the body work and make new brackets for it to fit. I should have just gone with the Classic Sweden one that I used last time as that fitted without much trouble.
