You know how good a company is when there is an issue with your delivery and have to contact customer service. On this occasion Astra at customer service was very apologetic and sorted out my issue straight away the day I contacted the with my issue and sent out a missing item from my order with next day delivery. Impressed. Great Support Team
Impressed with the products and the Support team Lauren & Iwona. There were a couple of minor issues that the Support team got cleared up very quickly without a problem.
Will certainly be using again.
Would be great if the website showed the status of your order (pending, dispatched etc) instead of just ‘processing’ but that’s just a minor thing.
