Great customer service. I called to change my phone covered and also change payment date. There was no waiting on the phone and answered straight away. Lisa helped me really effectively and was super knowledgeable and friendly.

The member of staff Lisa who was helping me with my updating for my new phone she was extremely helpful also explained about a cyber aware email that I can register up to 3 items which I will be doing it’s always helpful to know information like this that you can protect yourself for the future

I want to thank Emma that helped me for setting up my new policy whilst I was on the phone and she talked me through it all I highly recommend this company I have been with this company for a while now and when I phoned to ensure a new gadget Emma was very professional and very knowledgeable and helpful I highly recommend this company I had a look at other companies and came across this company was the best one I would never change insurance companies I will be staying with this company for years to come she wasn’t sure if my new gadget could get insured so she asked someone and they said it could
