We are now the happy owners of a gorgeous new spa! Everything about the process has been fantastic. The showroom in Nelson had so many models to look at and compare. Our salesperson Janina was so informative and helpful-best service we’ve had in ages! The installation process was easy and Phil did a great job. Can’t wait to have our first spa tonight😀

From start to finish I have had a fantastic experience. Janina was very good at helping find the right spa pool for me and my family. The best part of buying a spa with spa world was Janina Douglas at spa world nelson. She is the only reason we went with them as her service and friendliness was outstanding. She knew everything about the spas and could not of been more helpful. Spa world need to hold on to her. Date might be wrong below it was a saturday

We have just purchased a Vortex Nitro Spa from Spa World and would highly recommend their services. We found that Spa World had the most extensive range of spas (from budget right through to luxury models) and Nina and the team were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect spa for our needs. Their after-sales service went way beyond our expectations with a dedicated agent assigned to answer all of our queries and fantastic, informative installation from Phil. A stress-free and very exciting process to purchase our spa and we have the confidence of knowing the Spa World team is right there should we need them. Promised the world, delivered a faulty spa, and now have to wait three weeks for a technician, booked from an overseas desk person.

Just under one year of having the swim spa. There have been two issues ,health indicator light failed and took many weeks to get someone out to fix it. Very slow and difficult to deal with. Salt sanitizer has failed and Spa World proving again to not want to deal with the issue,they expect Me the customer to sort it out with the manufacturer in Australia. In my view Spa World will avoid doing right by the customer at all cost to them.A month on and still pool not working and issue not resolved and a stop in their communication

We recently bought a Prestige 3 person sauna
It’s fantastic!
Was pretty easy to assemble, the glass definitely needs two people, but the pre wired panels were easy to connect.
Purchased just prior to Christmas so was a small delay in receiving the Sauna (out of Auckland) but the communication was very good.

When starting my journey to decide on a Spa that meets and exceeds our family expectations, I focused on finding a company and specifically a knowledgeable person in that company that I can trust to give the best advice. After a period of research, I came across Michael O'Loan from Spa World in Auckland Mount Wellington. His advice which led to a decision and ultimately buying a Spa from Spa World proved to be the best decision I could have made. I am grateful for Michael and his Spa World team to help navigate the choices, providing a professional installation, ongoing support and giving us a product that we enjoy.

Great products and excellent service from Peter Limpus, Sharona Stanton and the team. Peter is very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to choose the best pool for how we wanted to use it. Peter, Sharona and the team then made everything happen seamlessly despite some previously unforeseen time pressures at our end. We are thrilled. Thanks team.

12 months on and they don't honor their warranty ... I still have a spa that does not operate 100% and they have just stopped communicating as a solution.
Worst SPA company ever!

Our Vortex Nitro Hydroplus Avante spa pool was installed in November from Spa World Auckland and we are absolutely delighted with our purchase. We received excellent service and the communication was outstanding. Peter Limpus went above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable. We highly recommend Spa World.

We purchased a Vortex Nitro Spa from Spa World Nelson. We were first time spa purchasers and walked into the beautifully presented Nelson showroom "just to have a look" never foreseeing that we would leave with a spa ordered and totally confident in our choice. Camille Countryman was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. Camille let our family take our time, answering our questions and ensuring she recommended the best spa to fit our family's needs. She is so committed and went above and beyond to enable us to have the spa delivered as quickly as possible. Camille is always looking for ways to increase her own knowledge and help her customers even more. The rest of the Spa World team were great at ensuring delivery and set up were a smooth, easy process. Thank you Nelson Spa World - we are loving our Nitro!

Pete at Spa World was attentive to our every request, giving us a wide range of product options and giving us a great deal.

As a designer that have been dealing with reps and countless companies for more than 20 years, this must have been the worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service absolutely non existent. Our process started in May-22 with lots of empty promises made by the sales team at Spa world Christchurch about availability. Our decision on our selected spa was based, not only on the size and price, but also on the available dates, lead time etc, therefore we opted for the Nitro which was promised to be available at the end of May....well after countless emails to several members of the team, our spa was only delivered and installed in August-22. My biggest issue was that the final delivery date changed after our final payment was done in July, this to me is not acceptable as it does not showcase a lot of honesty from this company. Even after all the delays and several delivery dates, we have not received any phone call from anyone from Spa world, not what your would expect from any company. Cannot comment on quality at this stage but the delivered spa appeared to have been used, might have been from the showroom, as their were scratches on the bottom and the spa was all wet inside even after the plastic wrap was removed. Well you can probably make-up your own mind about this product but the empty promises about delivery dates is just not acceptable in this day and age....best to look elsewhere...

As first-time spa owners the prospect of purchasing a big-ticket item like a spa seemed a daunting task. After researching all the options, we visited Spa World Nelson and met Camille Countryman. Camille was incredibly helpful, friendly, and fantastic to deal with. Camille patiently and expertly answered the multitude of questions we had about owning a spa. We ended up purchasing a Vortex Nitro and we love it!
With Camille, and the team at Spa World Nelson’s help, the journey from purchase to installation was amazing. Leon, Sandra, and Sharona were awesome at keeping us in the loop with information about the spa’s delivery. Sharona did an outstanding job of organizing all the moving parts for the final delivery and installation. Frank and team from Powerhouse Movers made the job of installing the spa look easy and I was in awe of their expertise and impressed with how approachable and friendly they were.
