It was delivered with care, am disabled so put a note on my front door. They opened my door n put it inside my house for me. Which is a great help as can't get to the door on time. As can't walk well. Do very helpful, do do that for me. The company is great loads on offer n fairly cheap. Very handy items, you sell. So will recommend to my friends n family.

They want to give me half of what I paid for or a coupon for 20% off. They say I don't have to send the wrong product back if I will take the coupon. While the product I received was defective and did not match what I originally saw upon ordering, the company took full responsibility and refunded my purchase in full.

There is no way to ask for a refund just a random address in china to send it to at your own expense! Waste of money and a lesson learned not to order from them ever again!!!
