I purchased a gift card from Costco and was charged an additional $17 on it and no where on reg website does it say you have to pay a fee to use it.

I purchased a gift card online for a friends birthday. The confirmation wasn’t sent until I called customer service. Even then it was sent to junk. The email with the gift card was also sent to the recipients junk. I had to ask if she received it and it was only then when she was able to dig it out of her junk folder. I submitted an online customer service ticket. Never heard back. And then you email me asking for a rating? LOL

While it was easy to order a gift card on SpaFinder, I didn't receive a confirmation until the next day which was a bit odd for me. I would have preferred to get an email right away.

I ordered a Spafinder card online and it said It was confirming my info and that I would get a confirmation email. I never received a confirmation email so I called customer service. The guy said that my order went through and so I requested a confirmation email. He said he would send it right away and that I would also receive an email notifying me when thee gift was sent. I never received a confirmation nor did I receive any notification that my gift was sent.

If I could give a zero star I would do it. Our salon accepted a Spafinder card as a payment in June-2019, and we've been fighting to get money from them since. As of now, the end of October, we still haven't gotten any money yet.

Best gift for my daughter
My daughter works most of the time, so for her birthday I love to give her a spa finder gift card. That way she gets to choose where to use it. I’m impressed that this gift card is accepted by so many places. It is an easy, safe way to send the gift of being pampered.

E-commerce fraud on discount that they still haven’t fixed. Don’t buy with this vendor. I’m reporting this to their executive team and better business bureau.
