Great quality bracelet, my husband loves it

I'm happy with the quality of the bracelet. I never take it off. It has the names of my 6 kids ! The design of the chain is definitely manly. I wish the inscriptions were larger but there's really not much you can do about that.

Great marketing - that’s how they got me. I purchased a bracelet for my husband and he loved it! Wore it everyday for a couple of months but one by one the bands to keep the name charms in place broke. I reached out to customer service to see if they could provide extra bands and they said “we don’t do that. Look on Amazon”. And these bracelets aren’t cheap either so it sucks that my husband can’t wear the bracelet and even worse is the follow up service.

Product looks great! The rubber bands are not attractive & the links punch my skin a bit 😭

This company is an absolute scam! Purchased two custom bracelets from them for Father’s Day in advance, only one arrived. Tried to contact customer service about the one missing bracelet I paid for, and they ghosted me. I’ve attempted for months to reach out to somebody, no response. Don’t waist your hard earned money on this terrible company. They should be shutdown!

Bought another charm for a bracelet I previously purchased and it didn’t slide on or fit properly. Customer service basically told me it should fit and that’s all. Will not be purchasing anything from this site again.

Still haven't received my purchase. The tracking never worked. I can't give feedback on product because it's taking forever to arrive. But I've looked up reviews after the fact, and am bummed I wasted over 100 dollars bc the reviews I've read are crap!

The photos of the charms make it seem as if the names are engraved. The actual product looks more like a sticker that is barely visible and wears off quickly. I would stay away from any products like this and stick to plain jewelry items.

You definitely get what you pay for. The quality is great and my husband loves it!

I purchased a really handsome Soyer bracelet for my husband with his children's names on it because it is supposed to be durable but after 4 months, the clasp broke. I reached out to soyer and they thankfully replaced it with me just having to pay shipping. I am hopeful the first bracelet was just a one off and that my husband gets to enjoy this replacement for a long time! Thanks Soyer!

Such a beautiful necklace with our kids names. We love it and so does my husband. Very well made and nice packaging.

I have received no tracking number or any information as to when it will be shipped

Unfortunately The name of the charm wore off within less than three months when the bracelet was not worn daily. However, customer service did rectify this and did send us a new bracelet and charm fairly quickly. I only had to repay the small shipping fee of $4.00. However, they then sent us the wrong size bracelet. We got the standard size originally and sent us the larger size under the warranty which is slight too big.

They sent me someone else’s order and I have contacted their customer service 3 times with no response. Beware of this company.

I love the product, my wife gave it to me as a gift for Father’s Day and unfortunately I lost it. So I placed an order again. The only downside is that even though I paid for express shipping, it took way too long so paying for it is not worth it.
On the other hand, the first time I received it, it had the rubber bands installed so the beads don’t move, this time I had to do it myself and it was very hard to do so.
