Right from the start we found them very friendly, approachable and professional. Throughout the process it was extremely easy to communicate with them and Lucy Cornish, who was the actual solicitor providing the service for us was simply perfect. She answered all of our questions, made sure we fully understand how wills are prepared, what needed to be stated and who had to be appointed, in order to be able to execute it the way we would like, when the time comes.
