My barcode wouldn't scan upon entry into the garage. So I had to press the button to get a ticket and ended up having to pay twice for 1 parking visit. Please have someone contact me about getting reimbursed.
Great Parking/not easily accessible to cruise ship
The parking was great, but did not offer an easy way to get to and from the port (cruise ship). Also when we were leaving, the scanner would not scan the barcode so I had to use the call button to get a parking attendant to come and help us exit the parking garage.

My QR code didn’t work for entry and so i basically paid twice to park. Once in advance and once in the lot
Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could. I prepaid for parking & when I arrived there were ZERO spots left. I drove up one side and down the other of all 9 levels, which caused me to be late for my meeting. What is the point of selling prepaid spots if you oversell the garage? I assumed you would account for the prepaid spots in your calculations and perhaps turn away some people. I ended up parking illegally on the roof level in an area with slanted yellow lines i.e. not a legal spot. Your system stinks. Will not use again. Terrible.

Parking was great and staff were very helpful. Only disappointed that the only choice to park for a cruise was pre-set by the cruise line for 8 days and we only needed 7, No credit adjustment available.

arrived in the daytime. They need some kind of deli, restaurant, or any small venue to get a bite to eat. At dinner time we walked around looking for a place to eat and many places were closed. Desk people did not help at all. They offer breakfast which was nice, but to sit and get a cup of coffee, or a drink or even a small bite during the day or evening would have been nice, considering the price you pay for the room. it would have been convenient.
Good experience
Quick service for pick-up and very pleasant driver!! Waiting at the cruise port was a bit chilly with a strong wind standing out in the open. Lot seemed safe and secure upon our return. Again, the driver was very accomodating!
