Great company to deal with... 2x orders delivered perfectly and instantly put right a production defect that had nothing to do with them.
My package was damaged in transit and so was not delivered, but after a quick call with Grace, my items were re dispatched immediately to make sure they arrived in time for Christmas.
Great products, super fast delivery and impeccable customer service. Recipient super happy with gifts so thank you Grace!
I give the company 5 Stars - Easy ordering, prompt dispatch and notification. Unfortunately through no fault of the companies my parcel was not delivered even though the delivery company stated on their tracking out for delivery, after endeavouring to contact delivery company having received no communication in four days from them I contacted Sous Chef who investigated and were able to inform me that parcel had been damaged in transit. As they did not have further stock in order to replace they immediately arranged refund. Excellent customer service from Grace.
Things will always go wrong from time to time and I always think how well a company manages mistakes is an excellent marker of how good they are.
To this end souschef have really impressed me.
I ordered from their site and was sent the wrong product. After some initial swearing I called their customer services and spoke to someone called Gracie. Within a 5min phonecall she apologised profusely, had the correct product sent out (which arrived under 24hrs later!), arranged for royal mail to pick up the erroneous product from my house and sent me a gift voucher for my troubles.
Really brilliant service. Makes me feel confident using souschef again in the future.
Ordered a couple of Christmas presents fo SousChef and had a few complications with the Evri delivery but Souschef’s customer service was so fast at answering and helping me out. Once I got the package and opened it I was so pleasantly surprised by how much care they put into it. With their newspaper included and even a free cotton sack holding the items I had bought. Will be buying all kitchen bits from them from now on!
I ordered at 8pm and had my goods packed perfectly in my hands by 3pm the next day. Excellent service Excellent produce...couldn't be happier 🙂
A few weeks back I made an order on which there were a few complications. These were very swiftly resolved by one of the members of staff on the customer service team. They kept an eye on the progress of my order and communicated with me very clearly. Thank you for the wonderful experience ordering with you guys, I will be ordering Christmas presents from there next year too!

Fantastic company. I have been buying from them for over five years, and they have been consistently excellent. They offer a wide variety of unusual and good quality products at competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate and there is a good loyalty points programme. In my most recent transaction, one of the bowls I had received was broken in transit. I sent a photo to the customer care team, and they sent a replacement the very next day. They also use real people to reply to messages rather than chat bots which makes a big difference. I highly recommend
Amazing customer service! I had a little bit of a delay on my order due to some confusion (on my end, not anything to do with the delivery team at Sous Chef) and the customer care team sorted my address change right away and gave me regular updates on my delivery and refunded me the £7 delivery. Genuinely the bust customer service I've received from a company in a long while.
Great company and amazing customer service. I ordered a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and part of the order arrived wrong. I messaged the customer service email and they replied quickly. Within two days they had sent a replacement item. The items I received have all be brilliant quality and I'm sure he will love his gift when he receives it :)
I ordered a gift for my dad but received completely the wrong order, must have been a mix up. I emailed first thing in the morning on a Saturday explaining the situation and immediately received an apology and the correct item first thing on Sunday!

I contacted sous chef after I placed an order which hadn’t arrived after a week and it appeared that the parcel had been lost. One of the items, a set of knives which was on sale, was no longer in stock but they agreed to replace it with the individual knives, which weren’t on sale, at the original sale price and send it express delivery. Very grateful as this was a Christmas present and it would have been difficult to find a replacement at a similar price.

I didn't like the salsa mojo rojo and Verde I bought. I also ordered 2kg of flour and the expiry date was 4 months after the date I received them. I didn't plan on using it quickly so that is not convenient.
I've been a customer for several years and I have always enjoyed browsing the website (purely for window shopping, getting inspirations or just to drool over) or to genuinely purchase various ingredients. It's a great for finding those ingredients that are either hard/er to find or to experiment with new flavours and tastes.
The few times that I have dealt with customer services, it was very simple, straightforward and caused minimal fuss when I had a few queries.
