To start off with I haven’t actually been through the process. I met with Wali on two occasions for advice, however both times I had opportunities I couldn’t miss. I found Wali to be informative, helpful with aligning my goals. A very realistic strategy teaching you to walk before you can run which I respected.

Theoretical knowledge around property investing means very little without action, and this is where I was before meeting Waliur. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, reassuring and most importantly, trusting. He has guided me through each stage of the process, and is always available for advice. Not only have I found an excellent property sourcer, but also a mentor. Thank you so much, I would not have been able to take this crucial step without you!

He doesn't sugarcoat things and always updates you throughout the project. It's a breeze of fresh air to work with a company that is that trustworthy.

Waliur is very approachable guy. We met him after months of trying and procrastinating about going into properties. From the onset of our dealings he was upfront, he set realistic goals and managed to source a deal within the time he said he would. He is a honest guy and passionate about helping others build wealth (something you don't see often this days).
