I've been using these products for a couple of months now, and I was glad to become an affiliate as soon as I experienced the samples I purchased.
For my 65th birthday, I went on a road trip that included some more than usual challenging travel for me, and I was gratified for the focus, concentration, energy, and calm using these products provided.
I did not flinch driving in the dark, even when the maps program decided to channel me over narrow, winding, unpaved mountain roads in the darkness of a National Forest!

Waking up at 69
I feel like I am waking up from a very long sleep. All of a sudden, I look around, and I am starting to be me again. Where did I go? How did that happen? I don’t ever want to go back there. The Future is Here!
I've waited weeks longer than I had intended to write this review. I wanted to be completely mindful and honest of the statements I make publicly about my journey with Soulcybin and microdosing psilocybin. Some won't believe it, and that's okay. I can only give you my perspective!
I have suffered with long term, cyclic, varying degrees of depression for 44 years. In addition to crippling anxiety. I have also been an alcoholic for decades, in recovery for 4 years. The
anxiety and depression has ruled my life!
A few months ago, I saw an ad for Soulcybin and took a leap of faith I didn't think I left in me, to order their
sample packet bundles of Inner Peace and Five Masters blend (capsules). They arrived within a week with no delivery issues (Midwest, red sUSA).
I read through all of the (extensive) educational materials on their site and took my first dose of Inner Peace. I decided on a 5-day on, 2-day off protocol.
On Day 1, I noticed some very subtle changes. Enough that I kept checking in with myself, hoping it was not a placebo effect. It is so difficult to describe, but I felt enough benefit in my attitude shift that I continued for 2 weeks with the Inner Peace blend. I started feeling a little "aggitated?", so I tried the Five Masters blend samples. I am tearing up writing this...
I have taken Five Masters for around 3 months (I did not journal at first), using the same protocol (5 on, 2 off). I took about 3 weeks off between bottles (which lasted me ~5 weeks. 8 weeks with the time-off protocol), which is also
recommended. I have had what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening. I have never been a "religious" person. I've always thought I believed in a higher power, but could never really grasp a feeling that I was certain of. I'm certain now.
In 3 months, I have weaned myself off of antidepressants, anti-anxiety meds and insomnia meds. Spanning the time between being an adult in 1987 and now, I have taken (from my recollection) , 34 different medications. That's not even different combinations and doseages, which as you may know, takes weeks and sometimes months to determine if it's "working". All of the time, expense, and getting hopeful only to be disappointed, has taken it's full toll on my relationships, employment and mental health (ironically). Where am I now in my journey?
I am no longer in survival mode. I wake up with a smile. Every. Single. Day. I have been able to process more trauma in 3 months than in 40 years of CBT and traditional meds. My partner was a little worried, to be frank, at the amount of crying I was doing in the first few weeks. Part of that had to do with reducing my meds, but the deeply held traumas and memories were just pouring out of me. I expressed, "I'm good, babe! Just walking through trauma! I'm going to journal now"🙂 I meant it. I am okay. Better than okay.
The strangest thing for me after a few weeks? That's what I wanted for myself. To really heal. To be gentle with myself. To be kind to my body. To grant myself grace to that long-suffering little girl inside. To give forgiveness and grace to my tormentors. To be kinder and more open to others. To be more patient with myself. That is one of the reasons for the "breaks" you want to take. This isn't a one and done thing.
I have continued to process complex trauma and PTSD throughout the breaks. I'm starting to "feel" when I need to start back up instead of marking a date on the calendar.
My side effects have been much more minimal than with trad meds. I get slight headaches sometimes, which I am very prone to anyway. But I know why; because Lion's Mane can do this. They are decreasing over time. They offer different blends because one blend may be better than another for you personally. That's why the sample packs are awesome!
It's never too late. It's a lot less expensive than the 4 trad meds I was taking. Fewer side effects for me. Please don't judge without trying; there is not only hope, but great hope, this may work for you. Microdosing is not about the high. You will not have a traditional "psychedelic experience" (no trails, colors, etc). They do have ceremonial chocolates for offerings during the solstices. Now that I am free of trad meds, I have a ceremonial dose for when I feel it's the right time for me, which can accelerate trauma processing. Since I'm at a good pace with microdosing, I haven't felt the need yet! Their FB community is one of the best I have ever experienced for support with your journey.
Positivity, no judgments. Just a desire to help each other with what you feel like sharing.

Skeptic turned believer!
I was skeptical of the mushrooms, but I decided to start at a low dose of 100 mg.
