No Accountability and Item Never Received…
This is email to Fits after he finally wrote me back today at 3:10p.m.
Fits, this is the email that was sent to me this morning. The email I have from this morning, says that my order for a dress was cancelled due to insufficient inventory.
Fits does not bother to read the four emails I sent that contained pictures of the order, order number and intem and proceeds to tell me about a refund for a coat.
This has absolutely nothing to do with a darn coat that I ordered and never received. This is about a dress I ordered (Taulov Dress × 1 ) in January 16, 2022 and never received. This is the second time I ordered an item from Souk and never received it. I want a full refund immediately. If you cannot resolve this issue, I will seek legal advice. I paid 109.00 to Afterpay for this transaction back in January. Today is July 19, 2022 and now you decide to tell me that it was cancelled. This order should have been cancelled by the end of February 2022 not July 2022. You sent me a blanket email without any kind of apology or a solution for being inconvenienced.
Not only that, he/she tells me that I have to seek the money back from the original method I used. I cannot use those cards because they were hacked. More importantingly, it also proves how he/she did not bother to read my first 4 four emails because I clearly included the email that was sent to me this morning and how the order was cancelled after 6 long drawn out months. I do not understand how they can promise 10 shipping days for Souk Lux but yet they have disappointed customers for Souk and Sepia. Please do not respond with conscending words or fake apologies because I am not here for it. I ordered a dress in January, never received it. Then you tell me this morning on July 19, 2022 that it has been cancelled. Who does that?
I am seeking the advice of an attorney and I am done.

No Item or Refund
I’m so disappointed. I preordered an item in February. Reached out in March - June and received so many conflicting stories of being refunded and then being asked for my PayPal and then nothing else. This became horrible customer service. I will not be shopping with this brand again.

Do not do it. Don’t order. I don’t care how slick their emails are ( I really feel for the poor soul who has a job of responding to angry emails but I suspect it’s probably the owners)

June 2022 followed up 3-4 times
July 2022 offered 25% on future purchase (lol as if). Declined it.
July 2022 disputed with my cc (which I should have done way earlier tbh).
July 2022 receive an email about how they were going to refund me but now they can’t since I involved the bank? Lol
Wth kind of a company is this?

Refund not received
I placed an order March 12, 2022, May 11th they said another 6 weeks was needed. I requested a refund. July 11th and I still haven't received my refund.

I would give them negative stars if possible I was very optimistic about my purchase and hoping it would be great because I do really like the look of a lot of items on their site. However, after waiting beyond the maximum quotes time for shipment, my order still had not even been produced. I continued to wait for my order and then began requesting a refund. The refund was finally approved June 3rd. Here we are over month later with no refund. The latest excuse is that it needs to be refunded via PayPal rather than the original payment method. I provided PayPal information immediately and still no refund. The company is an absolute scam.

It’s a risk
I am torn with this review because I do like their clothing, BUT!!! The sizing is deceptive. I order my size according to their size char, mainly bottoms. The sizes are SOOO SMALL. They are like for children; not for a grown woman with curves. Literally!
I bought a pair of camo pants and I looked at them & instantly knew I could not wear them. I had my 10 year old (slim) niece put them on and they fit (except in the waist).
This has happened more than once. I did return the items a couple of times, but my last order I wasn’t able due to my being out of town longer than the return policy.
I am not sure I will be ordering from them anymore. It’s too risky and time
consuming.
I will say they have also offered Ed an extra discount did the trouble. But again, it is a risk.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!
Hands-down, the worst shopping experience I've ever had to deal with! I ordered their brown Jinhu heels in March 2022. By June 2022, after reaching out multiple times to see when my order would ship (IT NEVER DID), I requested a refund. It is now July 2022 and I still don't have confirmation on when I will get a refund. Steer clear of this company at all costs!

This site is blocked at times, saying its unsafe. Back to the items, finally got them, only to find I can't get my arm in the dress. then can't get the return information. At first I had gotten a few e-mail from them about the lengthy wait for my items, but now nothing but sell e-mails. I want to return an item but can't. This is a shameful.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I ordered a dress from them in April 2022 expecting it to arrive by June for my wedding activities. When it became apparent that the dress wouldn’t arrive in time- fine, supply chain issues, whatever, I get it- I requested to cancel the order and process a refund. It has now been over two months of repeatedly following up with them, and no sign whatsoever of the refund. This business is a scam.

Deceptive practices + unresponsive + very cheap clothing, not as pictured
The quality of the clothes are trash and the deceptiveness of the company is even worse. They need to be shut down immediately; it is unacceptable to treat customers with such dishonesty and disregard. I’ve emailed/messaged them over SIX times to return their cheap clothing within their 7 day return window and no movement on that end. I am so disgusted by such a deplorable company and it’s customers.

Horrible experience. Deplorably schemes from the Gratitude Team who will send you this grammatically off emails which appear contrite
and humble, with good intentions. It’s absolutely Shameful and a SCAM.
Ordered in Feb 2022, reached out after 12 weeks in May to receive and email offering the same discount options. I immediately requested refund. They advised 7-10 with the “cancel fulfillment team” and they would notify me when completed. Today is June 21, not a single word and. No refund. I’ve gotten the right People involved. I also was able to get tons of information from the building the have their faux operations within. You can say a lot on the page, but you can’t take back what I see with my own eyes.
Be cautious. These are skilled scammers who have a well crafted web of lies that’s easy to be hung up in.
Tell everyone you know not to order! Block the ads on your IG and FB pages. Look at the NYC address and then run a check. Deceit deceit deceit. No need to respond, you’re the worse kind of people. Pure Predators, but your day is coming quickly. The right person was scammed.

Highly disappointed …
I have tried multiple times to support this company I have been disappointed time and time again!! I've ordered products that say it will take up to 2weeks to receive only to NOT have the products months later.. when I contacted customer they gave me the same excuse each time.. after 4 months I just canceled the order.. this is ridiculous!!

Item delivered months later
The purchase was made March 18th, and was finally delivered around June 16th. I ultimately requested a refund and was told it would be issued in some weeks. It was not. The bag I was no longer interested in finally arrived though!

You have my order number as I have sent several emails and you responded with providing me with a tracking number that doesn’t even exist. And the fact o am here to receive my order.
Don’t be pretentious because I called you out on here and you don’t want your company to look bad. Look for my email I sent 3/4 weeks ago regarding my number as the customer service has it & give me my refund!
How can you say you don’t say returns are not possible if the customer hasn’t even received the item??
PSA to customers … do not order from this company! Don’t say I didn’t tell you! You’ve been warned!! Run from their website and look for upstanding clothing companies that don’t rip you off your well earned money!
