Really grateful for this app, it’s helped me to continually track everything closely as we slowly recover from some big setbacks over the past year.

Easy to set up and connect accounts. Quickly able to see income and outgoings and work through the budget process. Reviewed auto categorisations and changed a few that didn't quite align. Didn't quite fit my current circumstances but provides a useful tool to manage where I'm at.

SortMe is a great budgeting tool. Very user friendly and easy to manage. Takes minimal time to stay on top of budgeting. The customer service is excellent too. I couldn’t figure out how to do soemthing and they emailed back very quickly to help me. Great company highly recommend.

I’ve had an amazing experience with SortMe—both the app itself and the incredible team behind it!
The app is beautifully designed, intuitive, and the AI categorisation and analysis works extremely well. It effortlessly highlights spending patterns and trends that would take hours to spot manually, providing highly accurate insights on where to tighten things up.
As of May 2026, you can't rename categories, but there are so many options available that this is not an issue at all (and it keeps the AI running perfectly, as far as I know).
Customer support is also phenomenal, and an actual human helps you, not layers of chatbots.
Aidan solved a specific setup request for me on the same day. Charlotte called me about the terrible KiwiSaver fund I am in and offered to link me up with a financial advisor - not a nuisance type of sales call, but genuine, zero-pressure advice. I've seen Carl & the rest of the team comment on each feature request. You get a free onboarding session to get help in setting up your budget.
Using SortMe honestly feels close to having a personal financial advisor. It is worth every penny!

SortMe has made my tracking easy. I spend most Saturday mornings reviewing my spend vs. budget, and I am loving the Beta features. I've tried using the AI-chat to summarise or understand some spending patterns, and I think my questions/logic might have been a bit complex, and not just a simple average of category x vs y spend, so it did not get the correct number. It is a good option when trying to do averages or MoM comparison.

On boarding was a really supportive process. Got a lot out of the onboarding specialist talking me through the app, how to set it up and how to use it. Gave me a great first impression of the app and the care for customers

I love the app; it works smoothly and does the work perfectly. The only thing is mission Excel spreadsheet/report generation, but it's not like 100% crutial.

This system was easy to set up and monitor how I was going. The system did the heavy lifting in classifying what my expenses were and made doing my budget easy and the graphics when watching my net worth increase as I made debt payments were so satisfying
It kept me motivated and in control and allowed me to get in position to buy my first home
