During my promotion I landed on small,medium and a handful of large playlists, I did gain some new followers and listeners. I have utilized this marketing choice along with other strategies to promote my brand. Downside only stayed on some playlists a couple of days and also was repeatedly dropped and re-added to some playlists. I do run Artist tools and at this time none of the playlists I was added to showed suspicious streams.

Trustworthy platform that is compliant with Spotify! No issues just good growth! 📈

One of the things was the outstanding customer service I received. Secondly was a significant increase in streams for my songs from the placement on playlists.

Real company, real promo campaigns, real playlists and real feedback from real people (not bots) Highly recommended for any serious artist looking for results.

My Distributor from Virgin got me on this gig. My new song dropped I had high hopes for the track to do well. It started off slow first 2 weeks then the 3rd week it exploded with great reviews 5 star to be exact then the playlists started adding 3 4 5 6, 7 playlists a week the track started blowing up. It was mind blowing. Song tools does the job you have to keep going with a strong track you will see results

Most of the playlists have fake followers, then they add you just to show you that they added you, then they remove you from the playlists. I do not recommend!

** Update to my review and Danny has fixed everything for me as expected. I have changed my rating to five star. This company has proved to be as great as I always thought. Bad timing with the Christmas holidays and me getting locked out… Danny fixed everything!

Many good reviews for this company and to be honest that would've been me one month ago as well. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced technical difficulties with them, but sadly this company and the customer service has been overtaken by AI although the AI component they use is very accurate and realistic with the responses sounding so much like a real person… the reality is, they don't have answers to all the questions and to speak to a human that can actually help you is next to impossible. I have dealt with Danny in the past. I have been using them for years for my daughter. I like the company, I've even had a campaign running while we've taken some time off… and now that we are picking it up again, I cannot log into the desktop version of this website. Nor can I renew and reset my password it's just not sending me anything and the mobile version is full of glitches I cannot launch a new campaign, I can't manage the existing campaigns… I contact the support and all I get is AI cookie cutter repeated responses telling me to contact the support it's actually ridiculous. I'm about to block them on my visa and just stop using them altogether.

This service is great until you encounter a problem and you get stuck in a world of AI. It's a nightmare.

I've found Songtools really effective and helpful, the services have given a genuine boost to my music very quickly after starting the campaigns.
The noticeable difference between other services is the size and quality of the playlist placements. I've found them to be large, established curators and my songs have got streams on those playlists the day after placement, that have continued.
Also, the data is useful. I could see straightaway from Songtool's data for my release, that my song was getting a very good % response when curators actually listened to my song, but that my 'canvas' had low % engagement. So I learnt something really useful - the song was connecting once heard, but the way I was promoting the song visually wasn't so effective.
Lastly, the customer service has been great- I've had a couple of queries and real human beings have got back to me very quickly!

Great organic platform from Ads to Playlisting it’s got a service for all budgets. I’ve used this service for years and will continue to do so with my label!

the Resurrection Blues Band has had tremendous success with songtools. All three campaigns reached thousands of people that would not have noticed us before, from coast to coast and around the world. With Songtools we control our destiny.

Songtools is one of the best music promotion services out there, and one I regularly recommend to other artists. My group, "Honor Flow Productions" , has seen a clear boost in engagement since using the platform. It also provides helpful metrics that show where our songs perform best.

The UI/UX is another standout. Unlike some services that make you email in to cancel auto-renew, Songtools gives you the option to toggle it on or off by default.

I'm writing to express significant concerns about the performance of Songtools' promotion service. Since engaging their company's services, my Spotify plays had declined dramatically from 183 plays per day to just 82 plays per day over the past week. I was only using SongTools at this time to see if they were better than the last company I used. This represents a 55% decrease rather than the gradual growth I paid for.
To verify that the issue was with their service and not my content, I contacted the previous promotion company that uses ads to promote songs to actual people online instead of playlists. Within just 48 hours, my daily plays increased to 353, more than quadruple what I'm currently receiving and nearly double my baseline before using Songtools.
This comparison clearly demonstrates that their service failed to deliver any meaningful promotional value. Instead of growth, I've experienced a significant decline while paying for their services.
I also noticed that any playlists my song was placed in never stayed in the list for very long. This indicates to me that the placement was just to show that the song was placed and not intended to help me gain listeners. 

UPDATE 11/5/2025
After my post here on Trustpilot, the performance of my track improved. My campaign ended. The plays for just my track peaked at 222, and after the campaign, they leveled to 189. To protect my numbers, I had gone back to the previous promotion company to launch another track at the same time, I had a great increase in my Spotify follower number. It is currently at 484. So, I think at least for comparisons, although not apples to apples, the improvement to my Spotify account was not due to the campaign for playlist placements with Songtools. It was due to using Ads with another company. Songtoos had some impact in returning the play count to its previous level for my track, but that has to be validated sometime after the campaign.

We have had songs get a lot of responses and I have had some songs get really no response. I think overall, this is a good place to use. I have not had an issue with bot streaming. I will say there are several playlist that appear to have a large number of followers but their playlists dont even show up the in Spotify for Artists account which means there is only one person listening to it or you get 3-4 streams from it. However, I have had some really great playlists that gave us more than 5000 streams.

SongTools is an essential part of my release strategy. It streamlines my workflow, saves me time, and helps me stay organized from start to finish. I can’t imagine planning a release without it now.

Songtools has been amazing, like no other platform. They offer great value for the price of the campaigns, including in terms of time-saving value.
I hadn't released music in 3 years, and in just 3 months & a few Songtools & campaigns, my monthly listeners went from 30 to over 3k, thanks to being placed in a total of 77 playlists (currently, for 2 songs) with PlaylisterClub; and SongFly ads have really gotten real traction & exposure on my songs for several other regions & stores (Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon, etc.).
Not to mention it's such a simple & intuitive platform; the process to set up a campaign is easy & quick, and at the end of the day, all this saves a lot of time & money trying to get on playlists manually and/or through other services that are supposed to get you results.
Songtools *actually* gets you results, with data you can track & monitor. Really encourage others to try it out.

Songtools has been a very nice tool to help me grow my listeners and audience. Some songs have done better than others. Sometimes it could be due to choosing the wrong genre (maybe they need more to choose from), or the playlist curators just don't like some songs as well as others I have pitched. Overall, it takes a lot of the guesswork out of pitching songs to playlists!
