Si vous souhaitez connaître notre histoire, c’est par ici… Bonjour à tous, moi c’est Letizia, la fondatrice de So Natural Beauty. Tout a commencé il y a quelques années, lors d’un voyage aux Etats-Unis. J’ai eu l’occasion de tester un déodorant naturel super efficace qu’on ne trouvait pas en Europe. Quelle agréable et surprenante découverte! Cela faisait longtemps que je recherchais un déodorant non toxique et efficace, j’étais donc conquise. Dès mon retour en Belgique, j’ai voulu essayer d’autres produits afin de découvrir de nouvelles marques, de nouveaux produits et d’élargir ma découverte dans le monde de la Green Beauty. Et quelle surprise: j’ai découvert des produits efficaces, qui sentaient bon (les plantes et non le synthétique) et avec un packaging élégant. Cette expérience m’a donné envie de proposer ces produits ici en Europe: j’ai alors décidé de créer ma boutique en ligne. C’est donc en avril 2015 que So Natural Beauty a vu le jour avec quelques jolies petites marques. Au cours des 5 premières années, j’ai énormément appris: aussi bien au niveau marketing que comptabilité, logistique, échange commercial avec les clients et les fournisseurs,… La boutique a alors commencé à grandir et prendre de la place dans ma vie. Le métier d’indépendant couplé à ma vie de maman demandaient beaucoup de sacrifices, de volonté et de temps. En 2020, j’ai donc demandé à ma sœur, Sophie, si elle voulait me rejoindre chez So Natural Beauty et de m’accompagner dans cette formidable aventure! La réponse fut enthousiaste et sans équivoque. Nous voilà maintenant à 2 pour tester et sélectionner pour vous les meilleurs produits cosmétiques naturels actuellement disponibles sur le marché. Il y a tant de produits qu’il n’est pas toujours évident de s’y retrouver et de faire le bon choix. Nous sommes donc heureuses de pouvoir vous aider à choisir les produits qui vous correspondent. I've been a customer of So Natural Beauty for a few years now. They deliver fast.
Recently I messed up an order---or something got mixed up---and my order was being sent to the US.
The order was already shipped when I realized the mistake.
I contacted SNB, thinking that there was little to be done.
With speed and understanding, SNB somehow rerouted my shipment to me---AMAZING.
Thank you SNB for going above and beyond in responding quickly in your emails and figuring out what to do about this hiccup. Appreciate it.

Quel bonheur! Les produits exceptionnels bio qu'on trouve difficilement ou pas du tout en France! Je suis devenue accro à cette boutique et je commande régulièrement, les colis sont préparés avec tant de soin, à chaque fois avec un gentil mot sur l'emballage et les échantillons offerts pour tester les différents produits! Preparation de commande et livraison sont extrêmement rapides. Best online customer experience I've ever had!
Ordered a couple of hair products late on a Thursday evening. By Friday morning I got an e-mail saying my order was being handled. Before noon on the same day I got another e-mail, saying the order had been shipped. By Monday morning, the package arrived on my doorstep. Keeping in mind the packages are shipped from Belgium, and I ordered to Northern Scandinavia, the delivery was exceptionally fast. The quality of the customer service was also excellent - they wrote a personal and very kind message on the inside of the box, and added a little gift as well.
Without a doubt the greatest customer service experience I have ever had with an online store! Will definitely order again :)

You can tell this is a very reliable company to order from. The delivery is quick and they write a personal message in every box. The items are well packed and protected, you can see how careful they are. The customer service is amazing, always ready to offer assistance, and with real humans who give you real answers, not robots! Amazing shop
Amazing shop! Very fast delivery, excellent selection of international products that would have otherwise cost an arm and a leg to ship to Europe, not to mention an annoying trip to the customs office. Last time I ordered it was a rainy day and my package arrived soggy, but because they wrapped it carefully in multiple layers my products arrived in a perfect state! I will definitely order again.
I also like how they always write a cute message on the delivery box, it's a very nice touch 🥰

Hjemmesiden har et bredt udvalg af naturlige luksusprodukter af både hudpleje, makeup og hårpleje.
Når man bestiller fra en udenlandsk hjemmeside, ved man aldrig helt, hvad man kan forvente, det gælder især ift levering og priser osv., så den del af bestillingen var jeg lidt spændt på. Den eneste leveringsmulighed til min adresse var med DHL EXPRESS. Leveringen er ikke mega billig, men det er helt klart pengene værd.
Jeg bestilte en shampoo og balsam for kun tre dage siden, og pakken er lige kommet ind af døren med DHL. Pakken har ingen skader, produkterne er intakte, det hele ser så fint ud! Fordi jeg ikke kunne finde nogle anmeldelser af hjemmesiden herinde på trustpilot, var jeg også lidt nervøs for at bestille noget fra hjemmesiden — men jeg er en meget tilfreds og positivt overrasket kunde, der helt klart bestiller fra denne hjemmeside igen!
Ingen klager herfra. Hjemmesiden kan varmt anbefales! Jeg er ovenud begejstret for at prøve min nye shampoo og balsam.
