I back-ordered the Underwood Ranches sriracha and it took a little longer to arrive than anticipated, the owner (I think they’re the owner at least) gave me a call a couple of days after placing the order and explained the delay. I was happy to wait and when it did arrive a little bit further down the line (for clarity it was about 2 and a bit months later), they’ve packed loads of extra goodies and and apology notes with a discount code. You know what? I don’t even care the order took longer than anticipated, they got in touch, set expectations, and went above and beyond to make up for the delay. I’ll be back to buy some of that sweet Tabasco cheese popcorn that was included (stuff should be a controlled substance I swear). Support this shop, they’re clued in to what people want and I’ll always rate customer service like theirs.

There was an issue that crept up but it was fixed and I was given extra items to make up for it

For my birthday I asked my friend to order me some hot sauce from here because they had one in stock that I wanted that no where else seemed to have. The order never turned up. My friend followed up twice with them asking for an update. Both times they reassured that they would check and get back, but they never did. So now my friend has unfortunately been left out of pocket, and nothing has actually been delivered.

I had an issue with an order that was rectified with a replacement sent. Very personable service that I appreciated. The items are well packaged and delivered by Royal mail, I will be ordering again in the near future.

Quick fast delivery. The sauces were well packaged, the tabasco popcorn was suprisingly moreish😋 raspberry chipotle very unique flavour had a little taste of it. Love the smoked chipotle very hard to find in the U.K especially the 150ml bottles
