Really good company and solid loan. I was using my new software for my pool company and received an offer was super easy. Clicked on the link and all of my information was populated. I just had to link my bank and was approved in about half an hour. I immediately got a call and was able to confirm and finalize everything regarding details and it was so easy. Best part is it was transparent and my payment was reasonable. Was happy to leave a review.

Too pushy, have multiple agents call for no reason. Hard pass

But today I thought I could show my appreciation. Luis called me after I found them online and walked me through what was needed, a couple hours later I was approved, I didn’t get the funding until the next day but it was still in time for me. I have paid over R10,000 to a company called Solvent Loans for a loan that was never provided. After initially agreeing to the loan, I decided to cancel. However, the company demanded an additional cancellation fee, along with other unexpected charges. To date, I have not received any formal documentation, the loan amount itself, or a refund of the money I paid. Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been offered.

We feel that we were not told the complete truth. We were told we were not working with a loan broker and that all funding would be through Solvent Funding.
After signing all the contracts and everything being approved, 2 days plus the weekend passed with no money being deposited in our account. Then we had another funding company call us to tell us they were now our new funding company and that we didn't need to contact Solvent for anything else.
When we mentioned to the gentleman from Solvent that we had been discussing funding with other funding companies, he got a little aggressive. He told us we would be funded by Solvent Funding, but in reality Solvent sold our contract to another funding comany without telling us. We feel this was a betrayal of our trust with Solvent. If you use Solvent Funding just be aware, after you get approved, and waiting several days for your money to be deposited, you will get another phone call from the real funding company. In my opinion, Solvent Funding is a funding brokerage just like all the rest. Be prepared to have maximum pressure put on you!! If you ask for a few days to think about they'll tell you the offer may not be available and they'll have to start over. Horrible experience.

My experience was great because my loan specialist was very upfront with me. He didn't talk to me like I had to take his offer he understood what I was looking for and eorked very hard to find the best option for my business needs. The one thing that really stood out to me was normally after you receive the loan they forget your name and the nice tone goes away but the next day I had a question and I called the agent back he remembered me he answered my question with no problem and he still had the same polite kind voice.

I receive many flyers about business loans all the time and I never call them instead I go through banks but never get approved....very disappointing!....but this time I've decided to call Solvent Funding with the flyer I received and it was so easy. I couldn't believe it!...all I did was just send him a few financial documents and the next thing you know, in a few days my money was funded! It was awesome!....I almost cried! Thank you Max!
