I trust the wonderful SOJO tailors with all my clothing alterations - from taking up trousers, taking in my skirts, trousers and dresses. They also tailored my sequin dress for my wedding to perfection. I just received back a dress which needed taking in from the sides with a zip and I’m so pleased with how it turned out! Quick turn around too - in the mail on Friday and back in my postbox on Tuesday 🙌

Great work, my knitted dresses had a moth hole in the worse spot. SOJO fixed it perfectly, both colour and texture wise.

Such an incredible service! I bought a pair of Damson Madder barrel leg jeans that I was OBSESSED with, but they were far too long. I sent them to SOJO with my measurements and received them a week later. They fit perfectly (thank you Anca!).

Loved the cashmere jumper repair, perfectly done.
However the elbow patches don’t look as good, they look a bit cheap and have strange edges that are already fraying. Wish I had had the repair done as I have on my other sweater. Would have helped to have the patches at the counter of your Selfridges store to see what they are like then I know wouldn’t have chosen them

Incredible experience! Just dropped in, got the fitting, had the length taken up, and picked up again all within 1 hour. Really friendly and helpful team, and the trousers look great. Thank you!

I get my t-shirts trimmed at SOJO, and every time I collect, it has been fantastic. I have full trust in them.

The service from Sojo was brilliant and the tailoring on a pair of Beyond Nine trousers is perfect! The fit is exactly what I needed. They took a lot of care to check with me what was needed and figured it out. I really appreciate the care they took. Thanks to Amy especially.

Sojo lost my brand new Damson Madder trousers. Royal Mail returned them to sender because Sojo incorrectly addressed the package to me. Now Sojo is saying it was delivered even though I have the Royal Mail reciepts saying it wasn’t! Where are my trousers please??? They are brand new unworn

Amazing service and alteration

I've used Sojo a few times for alterations, and always found them to be great in terms of quality of work. On this occasion I sent a pair of trousers that had been garment dyed (which I hadn't realised). They got in touch, explained how the work would possibly expose some undyed fabric and checking if I was happy to proceed. In the end Marius did an outstanding job!. Literally not a thread out of place or a noticeable impact on the colour/seams or anything. Truly great job and much appreciated. Fast high quality service every time.

Such attention to detail. Sojo is not your usual alterations service at your dry cleaner. These people are experts who know how to work with silk and seams and expensive fabrics. I'm so impressed with their work. They are expensive, but if you want the job done properly, they are your people.

Had the sleeves removed from a dress and Anca did a great job, thank you! Feels like a new dress and I know I’ll be wearing it lots over the summer. It came back really quickly too! I’ve used SOJO to repair or amend quite a few pieces of clothing now and I’m always pleased with the service they deliver.

So easy to use. I posted a top for repair and the turn around was incredibly fast, not to mention the alteration is exactly as I wished for. Such an easy process from beginning to end. I will definitely be using SOJO again.

Ordered a coat from Damson Madder, they offered a service of having it altered free of charge with Sojo. Easy enough ho arrange online, told them what I wanted, (shortened) and posted it (free of charge) to them. Received an email the next day to say it had arrived, and they would start work. 2 days later it is back with me Perfect. Really good service, and alteration is superb. So impressed with service. Would definitely recommend and would use again if necessary.

Amazing service. My trousers were returned exactly how I had requested and it’s impossible to tell that they’ve been tailored. Returned in really nice sustainable packaging. 10/10 experience.

The worst hemming job I have ever had on a pair of trousers. Way way too long and they charge £25 - that's even without sending it to you - that's another £15!
